Police should investigate them and provide them with necessary treatment irrespective of their stature.Keep a tab on those people who go on to search whether the burhan wani's father is a head master or PT teacher. These are the people who silently push the idea of Kashmir and encourage and give courage to the youths of Kashmir.Hire Mossad agents and train our R&AW to deal with everything and everyone without an inch of evidence inside Pakistan.If building dam and blocking Indus river indirectly to Pakistan doesn't irk ICJ then do it.Ignore UNHRC. UNHRC doesn't care about the rights of any soldiers in any corner of the world. Government of India should understand that they are accountable to the Indian soldiers, not UN.Close down the Madrasas in Kashmir, they are the breeding grounds. Scrap each and every special status given to the valley and change the demographics.The only permanent solution for ending te**orism in Kashmir is an secular Kashmir.Good that India did Surgical strike, this is just a minor step.Cover all the structural issue and parallely concentrate outside.Chose your place, chose your time but make sure that,THE REPLY SHOULD BE HARDER.

In addition there is plenty of evidence that the census of Arabs in the PT is substantially over-inflated, including most famously the Arabs in Jerusalem being counted twice - once by Israel and once by the Palestinian Census.
