Charitable Donation Request: Fill & Download for Free

Meghan has founded no charities that met the UK standard. This is a very easy check to perform in the UK with the records being public and online. Same as company directors.Currently the Prince and Meghan have been referred to the charity commission for the misuse of charitable donations.I have written many times for over a year on this, the structure of what the couple have wanted to do fall foul of UK charity regulations. The whole business plan of the couple does not lead itself to anything other than for profit vehicles and non-profits.The couple do not do charity - they never had. Their own website Sussex Royal outlines what it is they do;It has changed from not doing a charity or foundation (as I constantly point out is illegal in the UK, as it has limits on what they could earn) to the more recent;“Family with permission to earn their own income and the ability to pursue their own private charitable interests.”The key phrase that they are now using is “charitable interests.” this is not a legal definition and means absolutely nothing.There are lot’s of comedy bits that highlight this - my favourite is “I have charitable interests especially for porn stars with big …..”, it is well worth a look if you like blue humour.What the couple are doing; (from their Sussex Royal website)As shared in early January on this website, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex do not plan to start a ‘foundation’, but rather intend to develop a new way to effect change and complement the efforts made by so many excellent foundations globally.The creation of this non-profit entity will be in addition to their cause driven work that they remain deeply committed to. While The Duke and Duchess are focused on plans to establish a new non-profit organisation,The couple have also refused requests for the proof of their charitable donations, the fees for Archie’s photo’s etc. So far their is no proof of the couple’s ever donating to charity as they claim.They have also only one acknowledged repayment for Frogmore, when you contact the Palace for confirmation they refer you to the couple’s website and management.So no charities and so far no charitable donations. The Disney work - Meghan was paid and the charity have received nothing. The “charity” work the couple do are shout outs and the odd photo shoot.Don’t be hating the couple for this, it is simply the standard rip off Hollywood standard - what Trump and celebrities constantly do. It was the norm also in the UK twenty years ago until the rules were updated.Kudos that the couple are finally starting to structure properly but are still very poorly advised. Remember you can’t ethically make money from Charity and the couple have moved to LA to be independent and make their own money.

If the couple is young (have not yet accumulated a lot of personal belongings or wealth), conservative (not cohabiting before marriage), and more traditional (values traditions), wedding registries are probably just as relevant as they have ever been.
