PDF Editor FAQ

How is the requirement of an ID for voting racist?

It’s not racist. It’s elitist. The basic objective is to disenfranchise anyone for whom proving their residence and/or their citizenship to the standards required by the REAL ID Act would be impossible, impractical or legally inconvenient, even though the person is a legal U.S. citizen and resident. To obtain a REAL ID-compliant identification card, you must prove all of the following:Your real, full nameYour date of birthYour Social Security Number (or that you’re ineligible for one)Your address of principal residenceYour legal residency status in this countryYou have your birth certificate, a Social Security card and a recent utility bill in your name? Great, you’re golden. But what if you don’t? Ask the people who had to flee the wildfires in California on a moment’s notice whether they can prove to Federal standards that they are who they say they are, that they live where they say they live, and they belong in this country because they were born here, all right this moment. Ask the victims of Hurricane Harvey. Or Maria. A significant percentage of them will not be able to produce the documentation they’d need to get a REAL ID if they didn’t already have one.Sure, you can request a new copy of your birth certificate. You just need your full name, city/county of birth, date of birth, a valid reason to obtain the document, between $15 and $30 depending on whether you have to pay a convenience fee to the online broker handling your request, and proof of your identity in the form of a compliant, valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license or US passport. Similarly, you need to prove your identity with one of the same cards or documents to get your SSN card replaced. So if you lose it all including your REAL ID, or you never had one to begin with, you’re pretty hosed.More to the point, ask someone born two months early to a woman they’ve never known, whose birth certificate and SS card got left behind two foster homes back and whose case officer quit CPS in disgust three years ago, to produce the documentation needed to obtain a REAL ID. He might actually have a better shot at eventually getting those papers, because his identity is all over CPS’s records; he’d just need a case worker willing to help an aged-out foster kid on top of their existing case load.Ask the guy who now lives with his girlfriend in Section 8 housing off the contract after losing his package-handling job to a robot. Not a convict, not a dope slinger, not a gang-banger, just a down-on-his luck guy. Who happens to be among the roughly 30% of Section 8 inhabitants who are living there illegally, and who, if the landlord ever became aware of that and could prove it, would get himself and his girlfriend kicked out of their apartment, sued for back rent and ineligible for subsidized housing for life. He might have his papers, if he was able to grab them while ducking out of his apartment in the middle of the night, but many states require the address on his ID and the address on the voter registration to match. If his ID’s out of date because it’s his old apartment he was kicked out of when he lost his job, by law he’s required to update that address to his new resident address. Where he’s not supposed to be, so obviously the lease and utility bills aren’t in his name. And if he showed up to the DMV with his girlfriend and had her sign an affidavit that he lived with her, it’s now a matter of official record that they’re committing welfare fraud.Back to those wildfire and hurricane victims; many of them are living in their cars, on plots of land still in declared disaster areas (houses have a lot of toxic shit in them, and when they burn those toxins turn to ash and get rained into the soil and groundwater) where public utilities no longer exist and basic services aren’t being provided. For all purposes, they don’t live where they live. The deed is ash, or mush. Utility bills that showed their address are either ash/mush or haven’t come in months. We’re talking about hundreds of thousands of people displaced by these kinds of fires and floods, who still have a right to vote, but can’t prove it to the degree necessary to replace their documents and get a photo ID that would be accepted. Now ask any of these people how they’re likely to vote. Sure, there’s likely to be a few Republicans in the crowd, especially among Gulf Coast disaster victims, but you’re very likely to find a majority of these people very much in favor of increased funding for government assistance programs, and very unlikely to agree that their situation is all their own fault and they need to pick themselves up by their bootstraps and stop dragging the rest of the country down with them.People less likely to be able to procure a REAL ID-compliant identification card to use as their photo ID for an election, for any reason ranging from cost to availability of documents to lack of a physical residence, tend to be people, of any race, who need and receive government assistance and are very much in favor of these programs continuing, whether for themselves or others. That makes them more likely to vote Democrat. Now let’s see which states have a Voter ID law:Red is “strict photo ID”; you need a valid state issued photo ID (most of which have to be REAL ID-compliant) to vote, no substitutions.Amber is “non-strict photo ID”; a state-issued photo ID is highly preferred, but the law allows voting without one in various circumstances and with an alternate process of affirming your identity and residence.Dark blue is “strict non-photo ID”; you need some sort of proof of identity and residence to vote, but it doesn’t have to be a photo ID (a utility bill and some proof of your name is fine).Light blue is “non-strict non-photo ID”; voting is easier and faster for you if you can prove identity and residence in any way, but you can cast a ballot without meeting the requirements. Now, let’s look at the legislative majorities in State legislatures across the country:With the exception of Rhode Island and Hawaii, every state with a “strict” voter ID law, and/or a photo ID requirement to vote, passed that law through a Republican-majority legislature.Correlation doesn’t prove causation, but it’s a pretty strong indicator. Now, you may at this point be saying, “well OK, but the stated point of these laws is to prevent voter fraud, and that’s a good thing, so is it a net good?”That’s a fair question. In 2016, the State of Wisconsin, which had the toughest Voter ID law at the time, saw 300,000 fewer votes cast in the 2016 elections than in 2012. There are myriad reasons for that; no Obama on the ticket would naturally reduce black turnout, for instance (and that analysis is valid given the national demographic breakdowns of the vote). But we can surmise that Voter ID is at least partially responsible for the reduction in turnout; Wisconsin’s election commission made it pretty clear that you would be turned away from the polls without an ID.That’s one state in one election. How many instances of voter fraud have there been, to justify some hundreds of thousands being turned away? The Washington Post, a fairly centrist news agency, found 31. From 2000 to 2014. Out of a billion ballots cast. The Heritage Foundation, much more conservative-leaning, found just over 1000 cases. What’s the difference? Not sure, I don’t have a Washington Post subscription, so I can’t view the Post article to see the methodology differences. But even if we accept the Heritage Foundation’s number of 1071 cases over approximately the same 14-year timeframe, the number of people turned away from the polls in one state during one election in the name of preventing this fraud is two orders of magnitude higher than the actual incidence of fraud. Stated statistically, if we were to implement Wisconsin’s Voter ID law nationwide and if we saw a consistent drop in participation as a result, we would be disenfranchising 6% of our country who could and would otherwise vote, to prevent an event that results in 0.0001% of cast ballots being fraudulent.Politicians do things that will get them re-elected. Usually, that means doing what their constituent voters want to happen, because doing so makes the voters happy and gets them another term. However, when we’re talking about the actual mechanics of elections, this “direct the selfishness of the politician for the public good” idea breaks down, because changes to election laws that get the politician reelected are usually not in the best interests of the public. Especially when the stated purpose of that law is to prevent certain people from voting.

Is there any validity or credibility regarding the claim of over 200 witnesses that provided sworn affidavits of election fraud? Is there any legitimate or verifiable evidence of this that can be proven in court?

This is a long answer. To avoid TL;DR reader loss I will direct you to the most relevant sections if your patience is limited; Like a cup of yoghurt, the fruit is on the very bottom. Scroll all the way down to (33) in the footnotes to find it.Let’s this proverbial elephant one bite at a time. There are 200 people who swore out affidavits. This is the first bite. This one is very popular in the ProTrump and Everything Republican Quora Spaces. Due diligence requires it. I am reading and watching the “evidence” as presented rather than just trusting CNN/MSNBC/Drudge/Election Officials/Fox.So… here is Sworn Affidavit #1. Articia BomerWhat she says, if true, is not merely damning. It is absolutely horrifying. I can see why those who watch this are upset!Stacks of 50 ballots at a time being rifled through by election workers feeding them into the counting machine, with only “4 or 5” per stack being pro-Biden, and the rest thrown away. Brazenly. No artifice. Right out in the open. She claims “Hundreds” of stacks of 50 were cherry picked in this way right before her eyes.Wow. That is quite a claim.Of course she has no video of this. None of the other observers backing up her story.Should we believe her?Who is Articia Bomer? In 2017 she was the least serious felon running for mayor in Detroit. So she’s got that going for her.She also came in last in a recent Congressional race with an impressive 0.7% of the vote. She was beaten by Rashida Tlaib, of The Squad fame/infamy.She was also narrowly beaten in that race by Green Party candidate D. Etta Wilcoxon (0.7% of the vote) and some random guy named Sam Johnson who managed to get almost 3x her total (1.8%).This is all to say that the voters in her district/city know her, and do not like her. At all.(As a registered Quoran I am obligated to maintain BNBR standards despite Ms. Bomer being a public figure. I shall endeavor to honor that except insofar as it bears on her professional qualifications as a public figure or her moral qualifications as a witness.)Here is what Ballotpedia has documented about her:Articia Bomer - BallotpediaThat is pretty dry stuff. She lost many elections. The question is “Why?”Fortunately we have a profile of her, which she wrote most of. This is what she has to say about herself 18 days before the election. I have added only emphasis and footnotes:Candidate Profile: Articia Bomer For U.S. House (yahoo.com) (reprinted from Candidate Profile: Articia Bomer For U.S. House | Detroit, MI Patch):The most pressing issue right now is "Mask Mandates". I intend to ban the idea of forcing Americans to wear them. In theory, I truly agree with President Trump regarding the "Staged Coup"(1). I believe that in Michigan, The Governor is forcing us to wear mask to conduct what is called " facial recognition". Something that citizens voted against. We are being viewed on various surveillance systems to identify any one who goes inside of local stores and gas stations that have a green light with a mask on their face. The government figured out a way to conduct such efforts to identify those with mask covering their whole face with exception to having the eyes show only(2a). I believe that Michiganders along with all of Americans have been hoodwinked and bamboozled into the unconstitutional act against our right to privacy(2b). I plan to find out how we can cure the Coronavirus disease without that horrible mask. We are all looking like bank robbers out here.we(3) have to speak up and stick together to find a cure that will cure us from these mask(4). I will work hard to do so..(5)(…)I am a single black mom who gave birth to 10 children. I grew up in poverty and know what it is like to be homeless with nowhere to go. I understand first hand how various programs and government fundings(6) are NOT being used to help the homeless get housing in a timely manner. This is wrong. To abuse funding that was initialized for the homeless and pocket the money for themsves(7). Also, I gave birth to all 10 children. I didn't complain of morning sickness, I gave all of my children a Right to Life. I am prolife(A). I will never back down from protection of the unborn. I am a second chancer who was wrongfully convicted of a crime that clearly violated my second amendment rights to bear arms(8). I know about some of the bad police. Namely the two who lied in the stand and under oath to get a conviction on a law abiding citizen as myself(9). As a woman, I was bullied by these officers. Does that make me angry? Yes. Just not angry at all officers across the globe. Those were a few bad police. I know too many good police to hold a grudge. That is why I will be a fair and non bias(10) vote in Congress. I will NOT support defunding of the police because of my personal encounter(11), instead, I will write policies to get rid of bad officers and will find incentives to offer for good ones. 13th Congressional District is over 50% Black population. My opponents are not black(12). They will not be able to address the ongoing obstacles that stand in our way. I am the person who can reach the minds and hearts of 13th Congressional because I am 13th. They are Articia Bomer. I know what their needs are and my policies will go hand in hand to service all. I have not only help my counter persons of color, but I have helped a mass amount of immigrants seeking a life in America to obtain a visa for permanent residency. I love all people. I can help all. I am an inovator(13). I create bills. I am a people's(14) person who will be able to work with any commander and chief and also all members of Congress including all constituents of the White House. I am the new face for the race(15). I have a desire to overturn all wrong and make everything right(16).(…)Ever since I was born(17). I have been moving up the latter(18). From being valedictorian in elementary school(19). To 1st chair flute and saxophone in Middle(20) school(21). My very first job was working at Mc Donald's. I was only there for a short period of time before being asked to become first shift supervisor. I remember when I was hired into chrysler(22) in 1995, I remember being asked to travel to UAW Leadership school located in Black Lake MI(23). I was asked to stand in for then committee shop chairman. Also(24) being chosen as Student Council President @(25) Le Cordon Bleu Culinary College in Las Vegas. In my life time, others have always found me to be the leader of the bunch. I will take that drive and energy all the way to Congress where I hope to someday become Speaker of The House(26).(…)I will assist the President who wins with a budget to purchase covid(27) items such as hand sanitizer, gloves and mask(28!!!) as a form of temporary ppe(29). These items shall come free of charge. After all, we are all infected and affected(30) by this silent killer.(…)I will take down the Communist Black Lives Matter Movement and make it a peaceful one. The one they have now is becoming a chaotic situation that demands defunding of the police. I will not allow that to happen. In order to stop the violence of blacks against police(31), we must mediate and defuse the madness. I am the perfect negotiater(32). I will bring peace to the black community and to our local police departments. I will build trust in my community and hold bad officers responsible for their actions.(…)I am prolife(A) because I DO care about women's health. I do not want that blade used for abortions to accidentally slice up other parts of the female uterus(B).I am proguns(A) because sometimes the police are not on time and we may have to take the law into our hands(33) for any particular reason. If I cannot protect my family, I am worthless. I want to make all lives matter by following the constitution.(…)Three weeks ago, I Articia Bomer gave my life back to Jesus Christ from being a muslim(34) for 12 years. Not to say that being a muslim(34) was a bad thing. I embraced the culture but found that America was based off the Holy Bible. I am an American. I want to die an American. I was at an Evangelicals for Trump event on September 22, 2020 a church called Motor City Church. It was then(35) I realized that I needed God to save my life and to be the force behind my campaign. My slogan is... if God ain't in it, I cannot win it. I know I am a small fish swimming in a big pond trying to get into Congress. I also know that alot(36) of voters do not know me or have heard of me. Alot(36) of people say that I may as well give up on my campaign. That I only have less than 2 weeks and no one will vote me in. Well, I beg to differ. After giving my life to Christ, I have no doubts that I can win this race in this spiritual warfare(37) campaign. God created the Heavens and Earth's in 6 days and rest on the 7th day. I have more than 7 days left. I can do all things thru(38) Christ that strengthen me. I am here to spread my love and black Joy in Congress. Please give me a chance America. I beg of you. Thank you all and God Bless America and Everywhere else.Vote For Articia Bomer on November 3, 2020 in Jesus Christ name I pray. AmenNotes:(1) 18 days BEFORE the election she is already stating that there is a coup going on. She decided the voting was rigged BEFORE the ballots were cast. Would you want her on a jury? She walked into that polling place determined to expose fraud she was certain existed.(2a) This is true. Think your mask makes you invisible to facial recognition? Not so fast, AI companies say - CNN(2b) “Constitutional right to privacy”. The 4th Amendment guarantees the right to privacy of your personal papers. Roe v. Wade infers and establishes a further right to privacy that is not explicit in the Constitution while in a doctors office. There is no other explicit right to privacy.(3)-(7), (9)-(11), (13), (14), (17)-(25), (27), (29), (30), (32), (34), (36), (38) Look. I realize that people make mistakes when writing. Usually it is no big deal.…but this is what she wrote about herself, to introduce herself to voters. This is the level of care she puts into not merely her every day life; This is her putting her best foot forward. This text contains a two dot ellipsis. It contains several misspellings. Grammar and punctuation do not reach a 6th grade level. She did not care enough to not have reread her own autobiographical statement. She had no one who cared enough about her election to edit it for her. Hers was not a serious campaign. Which is why she lost.If she doesn’t take her own campaign for Congress seriously, how seriously does she take perjury?(A) I am grumpy about the non-hyphenated “prolife” and “progun”. In the context of an otherwise well edited document I might assume these to be neologisms or movement-specific terms of art. I do not believe this is the case here.(B) (I am prolife because…) I do not want that blade used for abortions to accidentally slice up other parts of the female uterus.” What Is This I Don't Even(8) Ms. Bomer is a convicted felon. That alone does not make her a non-credible witness. A court found sufficient evidence to convict her. She does, however, maintain that the police lied. Everyone has the right to vigorously defend themselves in court. Yet her refusal to accept the Court’s verdict and public insistance on police having perjured themselves is instructive to her refusal to accept the vote, and now swearing in an affidavit that election officials are perjuring themselves. This is circumstantial evidence. It should be used for context, though it is not itself damning.(12), (15) She attacks her opponents for not being black, then states “I am the new face for the race.” As a white man I do not feel that I can address these. All I can say is that these sentiments echo those of White Nationalists. She is a fringe extremist.(16) “I have a desire to overturn all wrong and make everything right.” This paired with (1) frame her worldview going into the polling place. Please note the very specific word “OVERTURNED”.(26) I have no words.Even as a Never Trumper, I realize that I’m fitting the “Smug Liberal” archetype here. Sorry. I can’t help it in this case. I’m a weak man for laughing.(28) Didn’t we establish earlier in this interview that she doesn’t believe masks work? Or is she just following Trump religiously on this point? Please see (35). This contradiction demonstrates the “Don’t believe your lying eyes” mentality Trump demands.(31) Violence of blacks. Against police. Lying eyes.(33) I do not mean to take her out of context here. Yet this quote shows that she is willing to “take the law into (her) own hands” when she believes the proper authorities are not doing their job. Like the election that would happen in 18 days.(35) Normally I would never, ever, in a million years question someone’s religious experience. Yet she brings it up to introduce herself to voters. She made it a campaign issue. And in this case it is extremely relevant.“I was at an Evangelicals for Trump event on September 22, 2020 a church called Motor City Church. It was then I realized that I needed God to save my life and to be the force behind my campaign.”OK. Wow.So… 26 days before the election she experienced a religious conversion AT A TRUMP RALLY. She states that her political career and behavior is based on what God told her at a Trump rally. She lost her own election, by the way. So Trump’s campaign must have been what God meant. Right? By inference, God commanded her to take the “law into (her) hands) as discussed in (33).26 days later, after personally being defeated with 0.7% of the vote against Rashida Tlaib for Congress, she walked into a polling place as an official observer to engage in…(37) “Spiritual warfare.”To Ms. Bomer, this election is openly stated to be “Spiritual Warfare”.The prosecution rests. One down. One hundred and ninety nine to go.I am open to suggestions about who is to be investigated next.

If ballots counted by voting machines can be easily rigged and get compromised, should the U.S. go back to the more accurate and safer method of counting votes, paper ballots only?

Yes in an ideal world but there are other old school security methods that would be more likely to secure the vote at less expense.First and most essential votor ID must be made mandatory. It can be widened to included wider choices but it is the only way to ensure only those entitled by law to vote are able to You need ID to buy alcohol tobacco products and firearms. Only those keen on fraud object.Next there should be zero mail in ballots. As is the law here in KY. Absentee ballots are fine and leeway can be given in some cases re time. Absentee ballots have to be requested by the votor and posted back to the county clerk's.who match the ballot number with the request and check signatures. So far there are no reports of votor fraud in KY. The system works despite attempts by our democrat govenor to allow mail in ballots with no security. He lost because we have a super majority in the state legislature. Here we simply extended the reasons for absentee ballots to include fear of Covid 19 infection.for machines No dominion machines should ever be used in any election in the USA EVER AGAIN.We know that they can easily be programmed to alter vote Tally's. All the machines used in the Battleground states were connected to the internet. Votes were not counted in the USA but sent to Frankfort Germany . A trace carried out by experts showed that several dominion machine were linked into the internet and thus to the US voting systems. One of those foreign servers was in Madrid (spain):another in Beijing (china). That in itself shows how vunerable our election system is to outside interference. Biden knew this which is precisely why he felt confident in winning easily .and did not need to campaign.Today several state legislatures are looking again at the fraud evidence in their states .The Trump legal team have now obtained 5000 + sworn affidavits of voter fraud in all 5 states. They have security vidio from inside the Atlanta voting center showing thousands of votes being counted by a team of democrat staff while the observers had been all sent home and them and the press had been told counting would resume at 8am. The video showed around 29 to 30 thousand ballots being scanned and rescanned while the press and observers were locked out and panals. Placed over the windows to prevent filming from outside. When Biden announced he had put in place the most sophisticated fraudulent voting system devised most thought he was just confused. Now we know he was in deadly earnest.

The agent connected quickly so there was a very short wait for getting help. She had a very thorough knowledge of the product and as the conversation continued I actually asked a few more questions about things I had been wondering about but weren't terribly bothersome that I was just working around. She helped with EVERYTHING so fast. So thrilled that getting help was such a breeze and all my issues plus some were resolved. Thank you!
