My school (out side the US) only write in the transcript"Math“, they don't write the specific course. Is there a problem when applying to US colleges?

Colleges normally know most of the schools from which they receive applications, even outside the US. The schools normally include a 1–2 page summary sheet about themselves - average test scores (SAT/ACT, AP, etc), course of study, etc. If you have taken a standardized test in math and do well it will indicate that you studied that specific content area covered. So it should not be an issue. If you have concerns you should speak with your college counselor and/or call the college to which you are applying and ask to speak to the admission staff member who is responsible for your region.
