The software is good and extensive. No issues with the product itself. The price tag is a little too spicy though. When I bought their services I had no idea I got me into a yearly payment plan. May be my fault but they did not even notice me beforehand to make sure if I still wanted the licence after a year. I bought this such a long time ago that I completely forgot about it. Now that cost 50$. The minimum would have been to notice me a week ahead so that I could cancel or leave it for renewal. There is need for improvement. This all said their costumer service was quick to respond when I requested a refund on same date as the billing. That is a big plus.
