Last Name First Block: Fill & Download for Free

A few years ago, when I was 12 and browsing my Google account’s settings, I decided to change my birthday to my real birthday. Being 12, my account got blocked.Some page popped up that if I didn’t send any ID showing that I’m over the minimum age (I think it was 14) within 30 days, my Gmail account and all of its content will be permanently deleted, along with my Google+ which had been visited by 2 million people.What does this have to do with my name though? Well, my first name is my mom’s last name, and my last name is obviously my dad’s last name. You’ll see why that matters in a moment.I freaked out and went to my dad. He thought for a few seconds, then said “Aha! Don’t worry about it.”My e-mail address is comprised of my first and last name (i.e. my mom’s last name and my dad’s last name), so my dad submitted his and my mom’s IDs to Google, then said that this account was their shared account, hence, the e-mail address was their last names.That’s probably the best thing that’s happened to me because of my name so far.

I'm definitely in the gray area on this one.Let's start with the obvious— Norman is my real and legal last name. I did have my last name as Namron for a while but I've changed it back about a year and a half ago.When I first joined Quora, I was first here under my full legal name, but then changed it to Lane (which is the shortened version of my legal name and it’s what everyone calls me except my classmates). I went by Lane for over a year before changing it to Zach in September, which I do intend to have as my legal name when I change it (or another name that shortens to Zach. Either way I'm having everyone call me Zach when I do it).I've gotten away with it, but others don't, and as I said it's a gray area as to whether it's allowed by Quora policy or not. It’s better than my birth name though and I am still using my real last name plus a first name I intend on using so that probably makes my case better but it's probably still not allowed.I'm keeping it though until moderation blocks me from editing and tells me to change it.

I was subpoenaed to a Homicide Trial where I arrested the murderer. I could not find a Police Only spot for my unmarked car. I parked at a meter with a 2 hour limit, placing enough quarters for the 2 hours plus putting an extra quarter in the slot without turning the knob. I then placed my business card identifying me as Commander of Major Crimes and stating that I was in court room 4C for a Homicide Trial. When I came out 2 hours and 5 minutes later I observed a ticket under my wiper. I called out to the Meter Maid by his last name and walked up to him asking why he gave me a ticket. He stated “Justice is justice,” and commenced to walk away.I said “Hold on, when did you first see my detective unit?”He explained he was across the street. Upon further questioning he stated he walked between two parked cars crossing the 4 lane street in the middle of the block. I then took his ticket book and wrote him a Jaywalking Ticket. In court, the Judge laughed so hard he had to call a recess.When he came back he dismissed both tickets.
