Figure on an outlay of at leat $2,000,000 for the staging, lighting, video screens, and backline amps. Dance acts often use dancers. They need to be paid.The support act will also have to be paid.The record company will require reccompense for promoting the album and the tour promoter will charge for their services. In fact a lot of the tour costs will be met by them and taken from the ticket sales.There are transport costs to get the various venues, again ultimately coming from the artist's fees or ticket sales as will the road crew wages.A lot of artists have entourages including security, make up, wardrobe and tech crew.The riders (three unicorns, hand rolled cigars and no green m&ms …!) also have to be paid for.
