He drove two new cars per year.And since the state of California allows you to drive up to six months to get a license plate, Jobs just made an agreement with a leasing company to trade in his car every six months.People have asked 'why' and he apparently never gave a public answer. One would assume that it was for anonymity.P.S. Jobs also frequently parked in handicapped parking spaces on the Apple campus. Presumably because he could.

However . . .No.The clauses you highlight do not state that a parking space is included.What they’re saying—as I read it—is that if you have a car (if you’re permitted to have a car), then you must abide by those rules.I agree that the provisions are confusing. But remember: These are rules and while they may be incorporated in your lease, they’re not identifying what’s included in the lease.The most obvious “rule” that illustrates that is 15.2:To park in the car parking space, garage or driveway allocated to the Property, if applicable.“If applicable.” What’s that mean? It appears to mean that IF a a space has been allocated for a car, you agree to park the car in that space. If a space was definitely allocated, it would be stated elsewhere in the lease, not here. Further, that provision would simply read “To park in the car parking space, garage or driveway allocated to the Property.” It would not need to be limited by “if applicable.”And take a look at 15.4:To remove all vehicles belonging to the Tenant, his family or visitors at the end of the Tenancy.If 15.2 is to be read as guaranteeing a parking space, then 15.4 would be guaranteeing spaces for you, your family, and your visitors. But obviously it’s not. It’s saying that if you have one or more vehicles that are legally permitted in your lease (and maybe some that are parked in a guest area), then you agree to remove them at the end of the lease.Again, I don’t know about English law. But in the United States, a verbal promise relating to real estate isn’t enforceable. You may have been told that, and the person might have been telling the truth, as he or she knew it. But you have nothing in writing. You may not even know whether the person who made the promise had the authority to do so. (I’ve been in situations where someone has told me one thing, and later someone else takes it away, saying “XXX didn’t have the authority to make that commitment.”)So:Get it in writing that you’re paying for a parking spaceFind out if you’re required to park it in a parking space, garage, or driveway.

Parking space needs to be clarified in the terms and conditions of the Lease agreement. If nothing mentioned then the tenant will have a right to park the vehicle in the parking space.
