I accidentally deleted 20 photos from my phone and decided to try the allegedly 'free' version of this company's software - Dr Fone - because they claim to be the best . First off, it's not free as you can't even preview anything unless you register, and in my case, I was forced to buy the software as by then I'd waited over an hour while it checked my phone and 'found' my deleted files (which I couldn't see or know how many it had found before buying a subscription). What I ended up with was hundreds of images which must have been downloaded by my browser (things like logos, pics from the net, etc.), dozens of unusable files (corrupted/blank) and a very large jumble of ancient photos I had deleted over a year ago - everything except ANY of the photos I had only just deleted! As there was no preview function, I was forced to restore the whole lot and then had to wade through them. A free app I downloaded straight to my phone (Disk Digger) found all my missing photos in minutes! It had a proper preview function so I could identify the ones I wanted and only restore those. It politely asked for a donation of £2.30, which I was more than happy to pay. CocoDoc make false claims about how good their software is, it's expensive (around £40 for a lifetime subscription), and despite an alleged 30-day refund policy, PayPal (who are equally useless when it comes to disputes) unilaterally supported the company's refusal to refund me - even though what I downloaded did not match product claims and I've deleted it from my PC. Stay clear of CocoDoc, Dr Fone and (if you can) PayPal.
