I will not have any recording device. You can tell me anything, and it can't be used against you. Show up, and defend yourself against my accusations, which many people who heard the Podcast are in agreement with. We will listen. If you know where her remains are, for the sake of human decency, tell us where to find them, so the poor girl can have a proper burial, and her grieving family can have some closure, even if what happened to her continues to be just conjecture. But know that time, and the efforts of people who want justice, will convert that conjecture to facts and evidence, and whoever was responsible will be going down for their crimes. I want to get justice for Kristal Anne Reisinger by helping to solve this disappearance / murder mystery.I believe that the deaths of Brandy “Raven” Bishop and Teri Rill were connected to Kristal’s disappearence. Sadly, it is believed by most that Kristal is deceased, a victim of foul play. She told friends that she was raped shortly before she disappeared.In 2010, I helped solve a cold case murder in Vermont. I got some justice for that victim, Charlie Billis. His murderer went to jail. I didn’t get a reward, just $3,000 that I was given for interviews by true-crime TV shows.I don’t want a reward for any of this information gathering and reporting either. With a shovel, I could have done it in an hour or less, without the ground looking at all disturbed. This place also has excellent access by vehicles without four wheel drive, (like the gold minivan) with no houses in view. I would reveal it here and now, but I’d rather wait until a search party with human remains search dogs is ready to go.This place is a great place to conceal a living body! I built an underground hideout there. I know. Plus, there are witnesses who gave information about the van, the body-sized bundle, and the shovel. I’ve seen cars from town “hide” here. So strong that I almost started to dig, but then thought about how fast I would end up under suspicion if the remains were actually there! Not really, because I was on the other side of the country when Kristal disappeared. But, I still think it was wise for me to wait for professional supervision, so as not to confuse the case.Some of my information comes from deductive reasoning on a subconscious level. Just by processing a lot of information, all based on hearsay. Some has no basis, other than a “gut feeling.” Or, some by “reading” a person, which I’ve been told I’m good at, even though people don’t present themselves in total honesty. But, I’m surprised how often really bad people are honest about themselves. They like to brag about their dirty deeds. They hint around about them, but don’t always directly confess to them, while they leave a bunch of blanks that are really easy to fill in.Dr. John did this constantly. I've spent a lot of time with both him and Terri, but more with him. He does a lot of heroin, and his tongue slips more than he realizes.I do believe in supernatural things, like intuition and the power of prayer, and the ability of injustice to manifest itself in a way that it becomes a spirit of sorts that leads people who care to the remains, the truth, and justice for the victim.I prayed for guidance to find the remains and to help solve this case and to get justice for Kristal and the other victims. Recently, we got what I call a “mystical clue.”This shadow Phoenix:Chris Halsne, reportingI believe in dreams and signs that tell us that our deceased loved ones still exist, after death, and are dreaming about us in a sort of interactive way.This photographic anomaly was a sign, and was received by everyone who loves Kristal that way! But, when you look at what caused the shadow, you can see that the investigator with the camera is standing on the edge of a hole. The Phoenix is rising up out of a hole in the ground. Trial and error is a legitimate scientific approach -the lightbulb proves that- so a little “hocus-pocus” about what to try next is not going to hurt anything. Like divining for water. I think this “sign” bolsters my idea for the next place to search for remains.I witnessed some supernatural stuff in the Billis case. It was a very real, supernatural, manifestation that caused the real-life murderer to confess, just as the heartbeat from under the floor in Poe’s Tell-tale Heart, got a fictional murderer to confess. I wasn’t the only one to sense “the thing” at the bottom of the stairs in the old farmhouse in Vermont where Charlie Billis lived with his daughter, his step-daughter, his dog...and his murderer.So let’s pray, reason, think, research, search, and communicate our findings all at the same time. You mentioned the “body.” That was Raven, I would find out a couple days later. When I asked John about it, his reaction helped me realize a lot of what I’m talking about here. But, I screwed up and accidentally tipped him off that I was suspicious of him.Teri was afraid her husband, Dr. John, would murder her. He put a gun to her head in February of 2018, around the time Raven’s body was found. She got a protection order on him too, and fled from their home in Saguache for a safe house in Salida. But by July, 2018, she was back with her husband / opiate supplier, and by August, 2018, she was dead, in his bed.There are some weird discrepancies in the Crestone Eagle, about how her husband found her, and how she was “staged” when Sheriff McCloskey found her. I heard it was different. The article was written in a way that made it sound like they were still estranged, somewhat, and living in different residences. The person who knows should talk about what he knows. I’ll respect his privacy until he does. But he should hurry.Dr. John murdered her, his own wife of ten years, with his weapon of choice, a hot dose of heroin, or at least lots of doses of heroin and his prescribed opiates. But I’m sure it was a hot dose. He had multiple motives, especially equity in their properties, and to shut her up about all the stuff I’m talking about here, that she was telling everyone around Salida and Saguache.But don’t feel like she was a totally innocent victim. They concented to a degree that made it real easy for their rapists and murderers to take it where their twisted minds wanted it to go.That doesn’t mean that they deserved what they got. So we have to accept the hard reality that Kristal may have been trading herself for drugs, to the extent that she was participating in the parties. We know that she lost her job and was late for rent and broke at the same time she was hanging around with these fucking man-demons.We know from the interview on the Up and Vanished Podcast, with the anonymous girl, that Catfish traded drugs for sex. I’m not an FBI profiler, but it seems to make sense that a man who gets off by having sex with an unconscious woman he roofied, would typically graduate to having sex with a woman he roofied to death.It could be where the overdose in Kristal’s and Raven’s cases were accidental, but, Catfish and Dr. John stepped in to do the proper cover-up. They would explain to the others that it was because they didn’t want it to be traced back to them, where the deadly dose came from. A dealer is in a lot more trouble when their customer overdoses.Although information I got from Jesse, indicates there might be a video, and the deaths were set up to make this “snuff film.”It’s the lesser crime that I think law enforcement can make stick. But only because selling hard drugs is still against the law. But if they can build a good case for rape and first degree murder, they’ll have leverage to get them to plead to the lesser charges of drug trafficking, death resulting. If only the video could be found.But I think there was an even sicker ulterior motive, behind the motive to cover up their culpability in these overdoses.I think Catfish partnered up with Dr. John, who paid him big dollars to set this up, and video record it. I think Dr. John is the “other guy” the “third guy” besides DreadyBrian and Catfish. These are three of the “people at the party” who Krystal complained about when she said she suspected she was drugged and raped at a party at Catfish’s house shortly before she disappeared.Alice, 68- Catfish’s mother. Now, divorced from his father. (It is his father, Patrick, who hooks him up with cash and groceries, and checks up on him. They each have a place in Crestone.) Alice lives near her roots in Raleigh, North Carolina. I heard that she had a Federal job. Federal law enforcement, in fact. Possibly the NSA or FBI. I didn’t hear if she was an analyst or an agent.I heard a story about a day years ago where Catfish was handcuffed in the back of a cruiser, moving down the road, when along came some black cars with tinted windows. The cruiser pulled over. Catfish was freed -to sin some more.The source attributed this spooky release to Alice pulling strings for her son. This rumor makes it understandable why people with info are afraid to come forward. The source did not witness this, but his relative did. This is a third-hand story. Take it for what it’s worth. He seems frustrated by a person of interest who has power to hire lawyers, and silence witnesses, to inhibit law enforcement from doing their jobs more successfully. This inhibitive power to protect the obviously guilty, can be bought by what he calls “trust fund puppies.”I call them by the less legal term: “members of the lucky sperm club.”If Alice is really using her money and her federal law enforcement connections to get and keep her her son, Catfish, out of handcuffs, or pressuring local law enforcement not to investigate Kristal’s disappearance, then you can see how that could add to the recently re-elected Sherrif's woes.I took notice when Catfish said in one of his psychedelic rambles recorded on Up and Vanished “they [law enforcement] were told to stand down [on investigating Kristal’s disappearance]. He verbally abuses her, and yells and screams for her to go away, and threatens to hurt her, and she pleads and begs him “one last time till I find another connect” this goes on right where you can hear it, see it, and video record it from the middle of Christy Street, several blocks from the cop shop where Deputy Clark's cruiser is parked.Dr. John Sladek is a necrophiliac, a convicted felon, a murderer, a rapist, a human trafficker, and a heroin pusher. So there is a potential conflict of interest. If the cop shuts down the heroin store, then the prostitute shuts off her services to the cop, and the velocity of cash goes to 0. All illegal trade stops, when one illegal trade stops.Officer Clark is squandering his chance to make a heroic, law enforcement, double, or triple play. But instead he feigns an error and lets the bases get loaded.But again, that is all pure conjecture and totally unfounded by even a “gut feeling.” I should also mention that Deputy Clark is a witness against me, on my pending case, and there is an order of protection barring me from contact with him. I would have, and I tried to give him all this information before I was arrested and prohibited from talking to him. He seemed more interested in talking about what he perceived that I was doing wrong, instead of what Dr. John was up to. I also think it’s fair for me to point out the fact that Deputy Clark did nothing wrong to me. He and the officer who arrested and questioned me along with him, simply did their jobs. They were professional, even if it was in a tricky way. But, I’m grown up enough to understand that it’s a cop’s job to collect evidence against a suspect, from the suspect. When they are good at that by employing psychological tricks, they get people who terrorize children convicted. But, they are ethically bound to try to trick every suspect equally. I did sense that they weren’t really trying their best, and were going through the standard interrogation procedure, until I finally stopped it by requesting a lawyer. They didn’t even put the handcuffs on me too tightly. And neither said a rude or sarcastic word. I was treated well while in the Saguache jail.However, I heard from a source that I won’t reveal, that Deputy Clark seemed to ask questions in an accusatory manner, directed at Crestone residents that would be the least likely to have anything to do with whatever happened to Kristal. At that point, and who can blame them, they shut up. This source has told me more about what they know and suspect, than they have told Deputy Clark.I tried to tell Saguache, LE what I knew about Raven’s death, and Dr. John’s involvement in it. This was in May, before I knew Dr. John’s deeper connection to Catfish, and before I knew about Catfish’s connection to Kristal and her disappearance. And Catfish’s connection to Federal law enforcement, through his mother. I found that out in June, 2018.It was difficult on both sides, I think because I was charged with a crime at the same time I was volunteering information on these crimes. Confusing!The Sheriff’s department claimed there was no connection between Raven’s body being found in Saguache County in February of 2017, and Kristal’s disappearance in July of 2016. But I think there is a strong connection between all of this, including Teri’s death in August of 2018, and Joe's apparent suicide soon after Raven's death. Even the death of a rock climber decades ago, that was connected to Dr. John.Dr. John was definitely alone with two, dead, attractive (according to him) female bodies that expired in his presence: Teri and the rock climber. I suspect he was with Raven and Kristal when they expired.I think the Sherrif reported "no connection" to hide some of their dots. Sometimes, as I said, investigators have to hide what they know, in order to see if others come to the same conclusions, without being biased by someone else’s conclusions. When I worked for Dr. John, as his carpenter, in trade for a lease at his other house in town, on Fifth Street, that he owned with his wife, Teri, I would go to his house on Christy Street about once a week to use the table saw, help with his pot plants, and take a shower. At least three out of four times I was there, Robin would come to beg and fight with Dr. John over heroin.Please, Robin. If you’re reading this, please turn Dr. John in. Jesse said his cousin, Joe, who was Raven’s boyfriend, was torn up with fear and guilt, so he dumped her body in the wilderness, and then hung himself.Raven was from Lima, OH, and wasn’t in town that long, but long enough to be befriended, then victimized by the wrong crowd, like Kristal was previously. I believe that Joe was torn up with guilt, but not because he gave her the hot dose. I think he might have got her involved in a "sub club" to Catfish's and Dr. John's drug club. This sub-club is a sex club, a really, really, creepy, deadly, one.I suspect more than I know for sure, but Matthew and some others I met in Saguache, who were associated with Dr. John and Catfish, indicated obscurely to me, that some of these small town folks were getting together for drug and sex orgies, where voyerism, prostitution, and bondage, met meth, heroin, prescription opiates, weed cultivating and harvesting, and alcohol -for a jolly-good time.Forgive me, again, loved ones of Kristal, Teri, Raven, and Joe. But I think they might have been involved in these parties of their own free will. Kristal may have agreed to be tied up. She took the drugs she was offered. But, she probably wasn't aware she was going to be rendered unconscious by them. She definitely did not consent to what happened after she got dosed. She only remembered it in a fuzzy way. But, she probably realized that she conscented to a degree that would make it impossible to prosecute the rapists. She probably didn't even know Dr. John. The fuzzy memory wouldn’t help the case either. I think this would explain why she was so hesitant to do a rape kit and make a complaint to the police, even though friends and relatives encouraged her to. If she had sex, willingly, with Catfish, or others at the party, in the past, as witnessed by others, possibly even voyeuristically, then it would be impossible to prosecute.Plus, she wasn't 100% sure, and all this might be the reason why one day she would complain to friends that she was drugged, tied up, and raped at the party at Catfish's house, yet, she would go back another day, to Catfish's house, alone with him, the last to see her alive, and then she was never to be seen again.It may have been about confronting Catfish. Maybe she did. He may have talked her down. He may have got her high. He got really, actively, involved in trying to get Justice for Kristal. However, I think he was trying to absolve Dr. John, and put it all on Catfish. He was one of two sources to tell me that Catfish's mother was in Federal law enforcement, and protecting her son. I promised not to reveal the other source. It's not important that I do.Jesse and I had a weird text exchange, and then a face to face conversation. It was really tricky, because I could tell he was trying to gather intelligence for Dr. John. He was asking for my help, because he was aware that I helped in a murder investigation in Vermont. He was telling me what he knew about Kristal's rape and murder, as he was texting and posting about it on some site. I wasn't aware of Kristal, other than seeing the reward poster the first time I visited Crestone. At first, I thought he was talking about Raven. At that time, I didn't think there was any connection between the two women, because that's what I read in the paper.Jesse talked about a sex club, a chalet / hotel, a video recording, and snuff films. But, it was jumbled and confused, and I don't remember it well, because it was at this point in this mess that I was really confused, afraid, and stressed. Dr. John had just found out that I researched about the body (Raven’s) that was found just outside of Saguache, and that I worked with the police to solve that murder in Vermont, and that I was on to him.I reached out to a lawyer in Vermont, to get me in touch with the CBI, because I was expecting Dr. John to pull a gun on me, any day. But the message did not go through. This was about a week before Dr. John did come at me, in my house, with a gun on him, and a back-up-thug, Sippy, behind him.Teri, (deceased, at 58) -Dr. John's common law wife of ten years, and partner in crime and sexual perversions, until heroin was introduced, and the sexual perversions began to involve murder and necrophilia. Pardon me for speaking ill of the dead, but Teri admitted to being a sex addict, and even told me that she falsely accused her dear father of sexually assaulting her when she was about ten years old. But, this was during that psychological hoax of "repressed, traumatic, memory." She felt horrible that she hurt her father by falling for that.She drank a lot of Vodka, with grapefruit juice. Dr. John told me that grapefruit juice makes the body absorb more opiates more quickly. He told me he sells his prescription opiates to Teri. He said he gets the painkillers because of the rock climbing accident he had years ago, with that “beautiful girl” who died when "the pin slipped" and they both fell.Dr. Sladek was alone in the wilderness with the young woman’s body for quite a while before help came.Teri told me that Dr. John stopped taking pills, and graduated to heroin. She didn't tell me that she was taking his opiates on top of alcohol and grapefruit juice. She just admitted to being drunk, every day since she was a teenager, except for the Sunday that I took her to Cornerstone church in Salida, to pray for a healing from her addiction. She resented the "H" as they all called it -like it's a sacred god whose full name, “Heroin,” can not be uttered by mere mortals. But then I saw her and F with the needles. F said she was consuming Dr. John’s “H.”When I first met her, and had not yet met Dr. John, Teri hinted around that I kill her husband so she wouldn't have to fight with him over the assets they had left. She said that he was being unfair, and demanding a 75% / 25% split of their assets, in his favor.I spent over five hours helping her fill out her declaration of assets form, for divorce court that week, and I found that Dr. John was actually offering her a very fair split. She was appraising their property in an absurd and inaccurate way. When I pointed that out to her, then argued with her about it, then proved I knew better about real estate equity appraisals because I was a mortgage loan officer for a couple years, she began to resent me.I wouldn't have sex with her, because it was against my religion, and I wasn't interested in murdering her husband, at that time, because murder was against my religion too. I told her that I thought it would be best if she accepted his fair offer, and got through the divorce without anyone murdering anyone, like I suspected would happen, because it almost happened to me in my second marriage, and I saw it happen in the Billis case.There was no monogamy or jealousy on the parts of this couple. That is another indication that this couple was a “fun” couple, I.e.; swingers.I told her to be patient, because the way her husband was flying and crashing trucks and cars, while driving high on heroin, it was likely he would would kill himself and save her a lot of trouble.No such luck, for any of us.At that time, I taught her a good self-defense move if she was being strangled, and I offered to teach her how to handle a pistol, and to let her borrow mine, as long as law enforcement was okay with it. She called the Saguache Sherrif's department, and they advised against it, so I didn't go through with the offer.Days later, I realized Teri's chemical dependency was much worse than I originally thought. She shouldn't be in possession of a firearm, and neither should Dr. John, but he had one just the same, and when he left the house, wearing a windbreaker, it was usually in the front pocket of it. I saw it, in the holster. Teri said it was “The Judge” But I thought that when I saw it, (it was in the holster) it was a clip gun, and I think “”The Judge” is always a revolver.Teri told me about a financial connection between Catfish, Dr. John, and herself. Dr. John later corroborated it, verbatim. Then, the Podcast confirmed it as well.Teri said she and Dr. John got thousands of dollars worth of tools for pennies on the dollar. I saw and used these tools that Teri put her brand on with purple spray paint. They knew a guy who came from a rich family. She didn’t mention his name, and this fact, that she was in cahoots with Catfish on this tool deal, and protected him by not mentioning his name or anything else about him, makes me wonder why. It makes me suspect some involvement on her part, in what lead up to the deaths of Raven, and maybe Kristal.She said that he (Catfish) was a pain in their (CF’s family’s) asses, but they supported him by giving him thousands of dollars. Both Teri and Dr. John told me that they gave him this money in the form of Amazon and Home Depot gift certificates.They were probably covering for Catfish here, if they knew he hacked the gift certificates. But, Catfish May have told them that, to cover up for himself.They got the Home Depot gift certificates in exchange for cash, and used them to buy nice tools to finish the adobe house on fifth Street. I couldn't understand why gift certificates instead of cash. I thought they meant to say that his family gave him various credit cards, with really high limits, and didn't track his spending, just had accountants pay the bill.Now we know that this was probably part of Catfish's hacking ops.In the Podcast interview, Catfish blamed DreadyBrian for stealing $16,000 from his mother, Alice’s credit card. Could that have been a “Home Depot” credit card? Did Catfish steal the money for the tools he sold Teri, from his mother and then blame it on Dready Brian? Like he is blaming him for Kristal’s death?Another "follow the money back to the terrorists" thing is this: Teri told me that Dr. John got a huge, $250,000.00 lump sum from an annuity that he didn't even know he had, from his time in the Electrician’s Union. Dr. John corroborated this info too, to the “T.” They both said that he didn't pay his income taxes on the amount. They also said that he blew it all, before paying his $20,000 past due electric bill, or water bill. I saw Dr. John's water get shut off multiple times at both houses in Saguache, and I saw him take his special wrench on a pole, and turn it back on.He also bought a Harley, $40K, a new truck, $50K, (that he totaled while high on “H,”) a car for Terry to replace the one he totaled while high on heroin, $17K, a truck to replace the one he totaled, $ ???...phones, art supplies, drugs and fun. But, there is still a huge amount of the lump sum left over, with nothing to account for what it was spent on, except the "fun."Was any used to pay off anyone who could put an end to the fun or allow it to continue?What kind of fun? Plus, I don’t know about everyone else, but I could just sit and listen to that fucking T.B.I.-retard talk all day...Not!Dr. John seemed to go out of his way to introduce me to or tell me about as many people as he could. The people behind them are dangerous in their own rite, and they use the drugs as a control.Another connection between Catfish and Dr. John, involved $800 worth of butane that Catfish supplied to Dr. John so he could make shatter out if shake. This is a felony, even in a state that has legalized marijuana.Teri complained that he spent all that money without finishing their adobe house. He must have spent some money on that, too. But he ordered $2,000 in custom cabinets from the trade school, and didn’t have the money to give them.There was another financial / drug manufacturing connection between Catfish and Dr. John that I witnessed myself, just before Dr. John found out I was on to him.Dr. John’s illegal drug manufacturing is technically confusing.
