The Customs Clearance ProcessInternational shipments need to have a Commercial invoice. Just to clarify, the seller claimed that "DDP but the seller can invoice when shipment starts" is "legally impossible" . Is that true? As buyer we just want to avoid taking risk during transport and the seller 's concern is invoicing. It seems that eventhough our main concerns are different we still end up with this incoterms problem.
