It happened at my grade 12th Physics practical exam. I am one among the most wanted person (criminal) in class.For that everyone knows to do logic gate and potentiometer, almost all the boys in my class had no idea how to do other experiments and me too. Before entering the exam hall we were discussing how we will do this, I told them don’t worry let us see.All of us entered the exam hall and we took our question papers. My question was logic gates so no problem for me, the faces of my friends reflected that they are in trouble. I finished my exam as fast as possible and left the hall.I have to save my friends. Electricity is needed for all the experiments I went to a vacant class room and found a electrical socket. I inserted my divider and switched on. I heard a sound, Thats all !!!!No electricity in our school. Examiner reported this to my teacher, teacher to principal , principal to electrician and the clock is running. He tried to fix the problem each time he inserted the fuse it blown out. As there is no electricity how can students can do experiments so everyone is awarded with full marks :DIndian socketDividerNOTE: My school is very old so there is no circuit breakers and all so if any short circuit happens it will blow the fuse and difficult to trace the location. If there is circuit breaker, short circuit will trip the breaker, and only that circuit wont have power. The breaker for classroom and lab will be different so if u want power failure in lab u should do this in lab. And if u did this inside the lab they can identity the problem is inside lab so they can find the fault and they will throw you out.

He was very much lean towards customer service, he had magazines and current newspapers on-board, and a small cooler store, it had mineral water, lassi, coffee, soft drinks, and additionally there were mouth fresheners, chips and some toffees, and all this was available for the MRP. (Driver explained, so they don't have to pull sideways for these stuff, and it is the extra care for clients.)Me: So how much money are you making from Uber ?Driver: I am very content with the services and remuneration, I make Rs 52000 max per week. As I take my work seriously, I work from morning 5:00AM to 10:00PM night, and the saturdays and sundays are mostly happening ones that covers a week.Me: Its awesome, so what is the mode of communication, payment, and other relevant procedure to enroll.Driver: The process is easy n simple, they are now tight with rules and documents, and they pay me every week by wire transfer. The weekly earning is generated as report with amount and kms details and paid out, all things come through mail and my son helps me to sort out, and count and calculate.Me: Do you make Rs 50000-52000 every week ?Driver: No that depends, last week, I was out to meet my family in Punjab for 3 days, worked for 4 days, and I made Rs 29000. (He also showed me transaction message of Rs 52000 from his bank, and tax was not deducted at source).The payment pattern is simple, like you take a ride, and the bill generated is Rs 560, he will be credited Rs 200 extra , means he will get Rs 760 in account and rs 200 is bonus and gratuity per ride.( Yes, this is a temporary phenomena as they are boosting business in India.)Me: So you are earning Rs 180000-200000 per month by this car.Driver: This is an SUV, and according to traffic in Delhi, I spend around Rs 40000-50000 on fuel, and maintenance is about 10000-15000. So i am making Rs 1.2 lakhs nowadays.Me: Cool it is (*thinking in mind, god why am I doing MBA)After this awesome response, I decided to add one more trip details.INCIDENT 2: New delhi (May 2015)Hired: UberX - Suzuki Swift DezireDriver was frank and friendly, shared much details.Total Earnings: 28000-34000 per week.Ideology: He drives from evening through night, doing air ports pick up and railway stations drop.Earnings: Rs 120000 average, after 30k-35k fuel and 10k maintenance, take out money = Rs 75000-80000__________________________________________________EDIT 3:For those who want to become Uber drivers after the answer:You may chose it, but you know "door ke dhol suhane lagte hai". He is a very hard working guy, he have problem walking sometimes , because he has to sit all the day. And you never know what client you will get, they can be drunk, can vomit, can shout, do nasty things or sexual activities which can attract police challan, they handle all that shit, sometimes they abuse to drivers too. Think before making your career. A friendly adviceHow does Uber charge us:(According to New Delhi , India - MARCH 2015)There are 3 categories, UberBlack (Rs 120 base + Rs 12 per km), UberX (Rs 50 + Rs 9 per kms) and UberGO (Rs 25 + Rs 7 per kms), so as i have written about UberBlack , they can earn that much in a place like delhi easily. One trip of 32kms costs around 600 and 2 hours. Think about it, Rs 5000-6000 per day is not a big deal.And How Uber charges you is a thing to consider, they charge for kms and money separately.If you go 10 kms in 10 minutesYour charge for UberX: Base fare (50) + Rs 1 per minute * 10 (10) + 10kms * 9 (90) = Rs150EDIT 4:How Uber earns money ?Answer: They are not earning now.
