People with dyslexia should certainly be given additional time to complete an exam but they should also get support to complete the tests in an adapted manner. Some Universities provide readers and scribes to people having a harder time to understand printed texts while having no issue understanding the same content when it is read to them.Some individuals have great difficulty with putting their thoughts in writing but are very clear and articulate in verbal communication. Such individuals should have access to a room with the help of a scribe to complete their tests.Each specificity impacting performance leading to grades or diploma must be given the appropriate support. It can require proactive measures from the individual with a difference to inform the institution or school about the issues and provide appropriate solutions. Sometimes it can take advertising to find an able and qualified exam support volunteer and have that volunteer accepted by the institution or school. Some institutions will hire support but they are the exception.

I guess it is not possible.Here is a rule book for scribe:1. The Applicant requesting the IBPS to provide him with a scribe during the exam since he was a Physically handicapped person.2. As per the fresh guidelines, examination papers of blind candidates can be written by any person of any age and educational background.The facility of Scribe / Reader would be allowed to Visually Impaired (VI) and Orthopedically Handicapped (OH) candidates who have disability of 40 % or more if so desired by the person. The facility of scribe is meant for only those candidates with disabilities who have physical limitation to write including that of speed. In all such cases where a scribe is used, the following rules will apply: Please ensure you are eligible to use a scribe as per the Government of India rules governing the recruitment of Persons with Disabilities. The candidate will have to arrange his/ her own scribe at his/ her own cost. The scribe should be from an academic discipline different from that stipulated for the post. Both, the candidate as well as the scribe will have to give a suitable undertaking, in the prescribed format with passport size photograph of the scribe. Further, in case it later transpires that the candidate/scribe has suppressed any material facts, the candidature of the applicant will stand cancelled, irrespective of the result of the test/ examination. Candidates with disability who have physical limitation to write including that of speed shall be allowed compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour of the examination whether availing the facility of scribe or not. Any candidate who is not eligible to use scribe as per the guidelines referred to above, but uses scribe in the written examination shall be disqualified to participate further in the recruitment process. Any candidate who is using scribe should ensure that he is eligible to use scribe in the examination as per the above guidelines. Any candidate using scribe in violation of the above guidelines shall stand disqualified and can be removed from service without notice, if has already joined the Bank.In the test of Quantitative Aptitude the questions based on graph/ table and in the test of Reasoning Non-Verbal items if any will not be displayed to Visually Impaired candidates (under Blind/ low Vision). They however would have to attend to remaining questions in the respective test. The candidates will be awarded marks based on the overall average for the respective test.

As Asperger's Syndrome has many facets and variables for varied individuals this answer will not be specific. If the student has sensory sensitivities such as light, sound , smells, touch, then the best accommodations would be to address those physical barriers to learning. Maybe using floor lamps and incandescent light bulbs rather than fluorescent or LED lights would offer some comfort and reduce physical stress. Likewise all schools should be scent free or as scent free as possible, if sound is a problem using earplugs or headphones with binaural beats playing at low volume would be good.Basic accommodations for tests should include a quiet place, extra time and a reader or scribe if necessary.
