What is your thinking on Meghan Markle’s personality and bold attitude?

Here is my “thinking" of Meghan's strong personality and bold attitude in the form of an analogy…Meghan Markle as your co-worker. A-N-A-L-O-G-Y. My terminology reflects that. I spent many years in Corporate America. Don't take this to heart and bombard me with corrections or personal insults.Imagine if you had a job for a number of years at a well established organization. Meghan Markle was brought in as a new employee. A low level employee. She is not on the executive management team-she doesn't have any experience. There is an established dress code for your company. She knew what the dress code was when she applied for the job. Like most new employees would do, we assume she researched the company and knew what the expectations were in regard to appearance. It is important to look neat and well put together. She opts to break the dress code on the first day.Your organization requires you to respect the upper management, especially at company events. Meghan is representing your organization. Instead of standing back and letting upper management take the lead at these functions as most new employees would do, Meghan pushes the 30 year old veteran employee aside and proceeds to take charge. She then instructs the long-term employee how to greet people. Meghan assumes the people at the event want to meet her first, the new low level employee.Meghan is out with the boss visiting a business that serves the people. When they arrive, there is an assembly line operation run by experienced volunteers. Instead of getting in to the line to help, Meghan abruptly stops the process, brushes the volunteers aside, asks for a tool and proceeds to make changes without consulting the volunteers who do this daily.Meghan is not only new to your organization, she is new to your country. Instead of showing a desire to learn the way things are done in your country, Meghan chooses to continue doing things that were done in her country. So now your organization and country has to change and accommodate the new employee. If Meghan were my co-worker or supervisor, I wouldn't be happy. People with bold attitudes aren't always a good thing. There is a big difference between being assertive and being aggressive.

What did a new employee that you've just hired do wrong that instantly made you regret that decision? Did you fire them?

I was completing hiring paperwork with a new employee, when it came time to fill out the I-9 form, I asked for two forms of ID or a Passport. He opened his wallet and pulled out a driver’s license. The man was almost completely bald and the picture on the driver’s license showed a man with a full head of hair, I looked closer and noticed that it was expired. I told him that the forms of ID had to be current. He said that was no problem, and he pulled out a second driver’s license, ALSO expired. I told him, no worries, just bring it in tomorrow. He said “Oh no, I have it here”, By this time he had a mountain of gift cards, gas cards, credit cards, reward cards and business cards sitting in front of him. Finally he pulled out a third driver’s license. It wasn’t expired!!!!! VICTORY!!!! I also want to state that in Pennsylvania you must renew your driver’s license every four years, so he had 12 (ish) years of driver’s licenses that he carried around with him at all times?!?! I didn’t fire him, but I instantly regretted hiring him and he didn’t last that long after that.

What exactly does Google discuss during its introductory lectures for new employees?

It's predominantly the same, generic HR material you see at every other US company:Filling out the employment agreement.Filling out the tax, 401k and other benefits forms.Ask your boss for help.Be professional over email.Don't sexually harass each other.Don't talk about trade secrets.Don't talk about trade secrets.Don't talk about trade secrets.

What made CocoDoc the most appealing document signing service for my company was the ease-of-use and personalization features. I've used a few others over the years like DocuSign, Adobe PDF + Digital Signature plugins, DocHub, etc. and CocoDoc has them beat for the price. We wanted something that was easy to use with a low learning curve. The best part is document prep time has been cut down significantly. With templates we can keep our current workflow and get contracts out the door quicker to clients. I have yet to see the frequency that new features are released and other other automation-like capabilities, probably because we're using a lower-level plan today. Feedback from the rest of my team has been great as well.
