AN HONEST SPOILER FREE REVIEW:GENERAL REVIEWThe movie is a spectacular watch and a visual treat. The war sequences are at par with any Hollywood war sequence.Yes, some fan theory's were correct, but not completely. There are a few shocking and unexpected twists as well.Overall, the story becomes predicatable as you can guess the ending. However, the conclusion is satisfactory.The sequence of scenes which follow after Kattappa killed Baahubali will keep you involved. The plot is well paced and connects all dots gradually, culminating in the climax.TECHNICAL REVIEWThis is the Magnum Opus of the genius director SS Rajamouli Garu. This is one of the best directed Indian movie ever.Full marks for cinematography. However, editing could have been crisp to save 10–15 minutes, as few romantic scenes and climax felt a tad stretched.Visual affects (Vfx) and Computer Generated Imagery (CGI) are unprecedented for Indian film industry.The costumes, weaponry and sets showcased are breathtaking with minute detailing.The background score of M M Keeravani will enhance your experience. Even though the songs are average, the background score corroborates every scene perfectly.ACTING REVIEWPrabhas and Rana are outstanding and are the soul of the movie. Both have carried their role exceptionally well. They play the perfect protagonist and antagonist respectively.Anushka Shetty is an awesome actress and has given yet another powerful performance as Devasena.Ramya Krishna as Sivagami has acted better than her performance in the first part.Sathyaraj is astounding as Kattappa, a loyal servant of the King. Sometimes, you feel he is the real, silent hero. He has a very important role.Subbaraju played the role of a coward who transforms into a warrior, and also provides some humor relief.Nassar, as Bijjaldev has played a character that looks menacing as well as humorous.Tamanna has only a little role to play in this film and comes towards climax, but she played her cameo well.MARKS GIVEN (out of 10)Direction- 10Acting - 9Music - 8Screenplay - 9Editing- 8Cinematography- 10Dialogues- 8 (For the Hindi dubbed version, maybe it's better for the original Telugu version)Overall - 9 (Near perfect movie)Tip 1- Watch this gem with your family, because we hardly experience good movies, watchable with family these days.Tip 2- Watch in the best theatre of your city, which has 4K High Definition Projectors, to intensify your experience.Let's hope this becomes the first India movie to collect ₹1000 crores worldwide, because it deserves the honour!Jai Mahishmati!

NASA’s version of CRM (Cockpit Resource Management) is called SFRM (Space Flight Resource Management) and it is not a class but a curriculum.It was evolved from CRM (Cockpit Resource Management) by a few of my office mates, Bill O'Keefe, Therese Huning, and Lacey Schmidt of the Mission Operations Directorate, in conjunction with academia such as Dr. Immanuel Barshi.The ISS SFRM model focuses on core competencies in Communication, Cross-Culture, Teamwork, Decision Making, Team Care, Leadership/Followership, Conflict Management, and Situation Awareness.It was built, originally, for the Space Shuttle astronauts and focused on managing human errors during time-critical events such as launch and spacewalks. The SFRM needed for short, dynamic missions, such as those flown by the Space Shuttle, involves different skillsets than are needed for long duration missions, such as the ISS, so SFRM was rebuilt for ISS.The SFRM curriculum provides training via a variety of formats. There are classroom lessons that teach theory such as the STAR (Stop, Think, Act, Review) model and discuss case studies of real events. There are tabletop simulations such as the Moonbase scenario that develop teamwork, and there is evaluation and debriefing of SFRM performance during regular astronaut training simulations. The SFRM team also partners with outside curriculum such as NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School).
