What is the single most underrated trait a person can have?

Tennis Legend Roger Federer looked unbeatable during his early days of tennis career and got Wimbledon champion title consecutively in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007. Later, he secured Wimbledon title in 2009 and 2012.After winning Seven Wimbledon Champion titles, Roger Federer lost consistently 4 Wimbledon tennis championships between 2013–2016. Besides, he lost his number 1 ranking position after the devastating performance at 2013.Ironically, after losing at 2013 Wimbledon second round match with Sergiy Stakhovsky, Federer gradually lost his excellent form also. He was struggling and fighting with age and poor form. He ended up that year at number 7 ranking position. The pressure was increasing from supporters and fans for performing better.Afterward, he failed to win 2014, 2015 and 2016 Wimbledon championships, Australian open and French open. He lost consistently against another classic tennis player Novak Djokovic at 2014, 2015 Wimbledon final and 2015 French open tournament.Criticizers said that he was becoming aged. Basically, they were trying to say that Federer should go for retirement. It was pretty noticeable that unbeatable Federer was beatable with increasing age.Federer was struggling with injury also. He missed the 2016 Australian Open because of knee surgery and also withdrew from the French open tournament to prolong his career by playing few matches and take better preparation for the upcoming Wimbledon tournament.Usually, it is quite difficult to perform after 30 years age in tennis because a sport like tennis demands massive stamina, absolute flexibility, aerobic and anaerobic fitness level. But Federer always gave positive statements after losing every match such as “I am improving gradually, I am optimistic about the next tournament.” He was ins and outs a positive person who ignored negative remarks and focused on his day-to-day training.Being positive in the negative situations is the single most underrated trait a person can have. When a person is positive about his or her capability despite losing, he has much more chances to come back after multiple defeats and losing opportunities in career and life.Roger Federer got a tremendous result of his positive mindset and consistent efforts at the 2017 Australian Open. He beat his all-time greatest competitor legend player Rafael Nadal in the Final and won Grand Slam. It was quite rare to win Australian open for a tennis player at this age of 35 years. Not only Australian open but he came back with his past astounding form at Wimbledon 2017 championship also. He proved everyone wrong that he has been finished and aged.He made the world record of securing 8th Wimbledon champion which made the world record in tennis history. Only Former legend tennis player Pete Sampras had won 7 Wimbledon titles (tied with Federer at that time). But Federer surpassed him by gaining 8th Wimbledon champion title at 2017 Wimbledon championship.Age is a very big factor for a professional sports person. It may look absurd, but this is the ultimate truth that positive mindset is so important that it can help in overcoming the physical limitations due to aging, to a certain extent.Federer is one of the greatest players of all time in tennis history. In 2017, Federer got back his number 1 position. Have a look at the statistics, he outsmarted everyone despite being 36 years old and held the number 1 ranking position for 303 weeks which is till now the highest in tennis history. This year in 2018, 37-year-old Roger Federer won the Australian open but unfortunately, he lost in the Wimbledon Quarter Final to Kevin Anderson and in the US open in fourth round to John Millman.Though Federer lost at Wimbledon Quarter Final and US Open fourth-round match in 2018, but Federer like a positive person does not waste time in regret, negativity and overthinking. The past track record of Federer indicates that he will come back again with huge stormy striking racket power. To put it simply, a person who has underrated traits like positivity despite having a pile of negative situations, it's really hard to beat that person. They never lose the race of life and career in the long run. When you do something best in life, you don’t really want to give that up, and for me it’s tennis.” Roger FedererPhoto Credit :Roger Federer WILL retire after this event because of his family life - WoodbridgeInfographic: Roger Federer Crowned Oldest No. 1 in Tennis at Age 36https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.theaustralian.com.au/sport/tennis/wimbledon-2018-roger-federer-loses-to-kevin-anderson-in-massive-upset/news-story/efecb458efe6856111f7c01f22c377ca?source=imagesStakhovsky stuns Federer at WimbledonFederer wins Nadal thriller to clinch 18th SlamSee the moment Roger Federer won his record-breaking eighth Wimbledon titleArticle Source :What do you think of Roger Federer?Roger Federer Withdraws From French Open Because of InjuryDoes Federer deserve to surpass Sampras at Wimbledon?

How do winners think?

“Haha! You failed AGAIN!” The bully student laughed at me.“You are a disappointment!” The other bully said to me.“You always get it wrong! Why can’t you understand, Hector?”“HAHA! YOU ARE A LOSER! YOU ARE SET TO BE A FAILURE FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!”Some days I got home and cried for hours. My parents got very worried. They talked to my teachers. I remember a teacher telling them,“Something's wrong with your boy. Maybe he can’t see the chalkboard.”My mom took me to the ophthalmologist. In third grade, “Something is wrong with your boy. Maybe he has trouble hearing."My mom took me to the otolaryngologist. In seventh grade,“Something is wrong with your boy. Maybe he’s depressed.” My mom took me to a shrink.I struggled with most of my classes. I couldn't understand it. I was confused. My parents were confused. My teachers thought I was “defective.”RESULT?I grew up asking myself: “Am I good enough?”“Is it possible that something good will ever come out of me?”—Throughout my childhood, my brain was HACKED!I was deeply damaged by the 150+ year old Industrial Age educational system. My self-esteem was destroyed. I lost ALL hope and eventually stopped believing in myself! This is a “hacked” brain. It was not until college that I started to follow my heart and found the strength to accept that I’m different; I am a contrarian, an out-of-the-box thinking person.Soon, I discovered the power of going against the crowd and embracing who I really am. I have accepted that I'm a creator. I'm analytical. I'm visionary. I’m creative. I'm a dreamer. I'm an entrepreneur. There’s power in this freedom! Our culture and our school system wants us to conform to the masses, to fit in with the crowd. School grades actually evaluate how well we fit into the “standards.”Which standards? Theirs, NOT mine! Our beliefs create our reality.Napoleon Hill wrote, “If you can conceive it and believe it, you can achieve it.” This is a powerful truth. Our words and thoughts form our beliefs. There are several books about the subject. I was recently impacted by a fantastic book that my son shared with me called “The AWAKENING in Tennis: The Best Mental Book for Tennis Players, Athletes, Coaches and Parents,[1] ” by Coach Jose Antonio Casares-Falconi.I learned that in sports, winning starts in the mind, believing and trusting in your skills and abilities. In his thesis, author Casares-Falconi’s writes about how both in tennis and in life, we become what we think. He gives the example of tennis champion Novak Djokovic, since he was 7, believed he would become number one.Watch (From second 0:58). If the translation of this video is right, he says that tennis is his duty and that his goal is to be number one in the world.Djokovic became who he thought he would!—So, to answer your question, how do I think like a winner? To think like a winner you need to believe that whatever makes you different and not like everyone else, is what will actually make you stand out and successful. If our brain is hacked thinking that we need to conform to someone else’s standards, we risk being trapped forever trying to change ourselves and shaping our life to meet OTHER people's standards, not ours!Embrace being different!Footnotes[1] The AWAKENING in Tennis: The Best Mental Book for Tennis Players, Athletes, Coaches and Parents: Jose Antonio Casares-Falconi Ec.: 9780692179338: Amazon.com: Books

Why are Federer fans always complaining that there are no Masters Series tournaments on grass when only 4 of the most important 14 are played on clay and the YEC is always played on hard courts, a surface Nadal is weaker on?

First of all, I love both Federer and Nadal. We have been privileged to watch one of the greatest eras in the history of tennis. My perspective is based on someone who tried to make it on the tour, coached for 20+ years and wrote a couple of books on tennis. So I feel that the Federer-Nadal fan battles are a complete waste of time.People should learn the history of tennis and what the ATP and the ITF have tried to do to improve the sport, increase participation and build a new generation of fans. The evolution of court surfaces and ball speeds are a function of climate, geography, and time of the year, not whether one player or another gets preferential treatment. Here’s a quick history of those changes.Pre-Open Tennis: the sport was a rich man’s game. Only the most prestigious and largest tennis clubs could afford to stage tournaments (except Roland Garros, which was built by the French Tennis Federation to stage Davis Cup matches that would aid their four great players at the time, Brugnon, Borotra, Cochet and Lacoste). As a consequence, three of the slams were on grass at exclusive clubs: Wimbledon, Forest Hills, and various private clubs in Australia.Starting at the beginning of the 20th century, public park tennis courts began to be built in the U.S. In the Western U.S., it is far too hot and dry for grass and clay courts, without a tremendous amount of water and care which was costly, so cities started to build hard courts as early as 1914. Why public clay tennis courts no longer exist in San Francisco. In 1920, the Los Angeles Tennis Club opened, creating a mecca for tennis in Southern California, because of the temperate weather.A new group of players rising from their humble beginnings on the hard courts of California began to dominate the world of tennis, including Don Budge, Jack Kramer and Pancho Gonzales.Tennis from the 1940s to the 1960s in the U.S. had clay court tournaments in the South and Midwest, grass court tournaments on the East Coast, and hard courts in the West. When the professional circuits began in the 1950s, it was a traveling road show where courts had to be hastily built in each city. They played on parking lots, wooden basketball floors, and whatever surface they could find. With tennis available to players from different backgrounds, the level of athleticism advanced in the same way it did for other sports. Althea Gibson was the first black tennis player allowed to play, and she went on to dominate the world in the late 1950s. This opened up the game to African Americans which continued to increase the pool of talented athletes to join the sport.Open Tennis (1968–1975): Tennis went through a tremendous upheaval, as professional tennis attracted even more people and increased interest in the sport globally. The two handed backhand began to evolve, as seen by the wildly different styles of Connors, Borg and Evert (who had the only backhand that resembles the modern version). With more money, larger venues were needed. The WCT circuit offered $1 million in prize money and was played at indoor arenas. The USTA changed the surface of the US Open from grass to green clay to hard courts in the span of five years. With the changes in surfaces, the rest of the US Summer tour adjusted accordingly. The big tournaments switched from venues in Louisville, Merion, PA, and South Orange, NJ on grass to a combination of clay and hard court events. In addition, to make the game more palatable to television coverage, tennis adopted the tie breaker in most tournaments to guarantee matches wouldn’t stretch on indefinitely. The US Open adopted the use of tie breakers in every set. The other Grand Slams followed, but reserved the fifth set for the win by two games rule. The ATP was formed in 1972, and began to give players a bigger say in how the sport would be run. Their famous boycott of Wimbledon in 1973 helped to increase their power.Open Tennis (1976–1990): As tennis continued to grow, players became more fatigued from the year round schedule, and the Australian Open became the forgotten slam as it was played near Christmas time. None of the top players wanted to play after a long, grueling season. Finally, in 1987 the tournament was moved to its present date, in mid-January. The next year, the tournament was held on hard courts, again to give every player a chance and to attract the best field possible. Tennis was set up in its present format, with two hard court Slams, one grass court Slam, and one clay court Slam.Open Tennis (1988–2000): As the Grand Slams began to attract all the top players, the tournaments leading up to each Grand Slam adopted the same surface, to help them prepare for the big events. In addition, the tour started to recognize geographical concerns. Here’s the 2000 ATP schedule:January (hard courts): Australia & New Zealand, leading up to the Australian OpenFebruary-March (hardcourts and indoors): North America and Europe), leading up to the Sunshine Double Masters 1000 events at Indian Wells and MiamiFebruary-March (clay courts in Mexico and South America): a secondary circuit composed of 250 and 500 eventsApril-May (clay courts): Europe’s spring circuit, featuring three Masters 1000s and the French OpenJune (grass courts): Europe’s grass court circuit, leading up to Wimbledon (with one small extra grass court event at Newport, RIJuly-August (hard courts): U.S. summer circuit, with two Masters 1000s and the US OpenSeptember (hard courts): small events in Europe, with special events like Davis Cup matches or the OlympicsOctober (hard courts): Asia, with one Masters 1000 event and Europe with smaller eventsNovember (indoor hard courts): Europe, with one Masters 1000, ending with the ATP FinalsDecember (OPEN)It’s clear that the logic was for the players to play on one continent, and then go to the next closest one for the next leg in the schedule: Australia -> the Americas -> Europe -> North America -> Europe/Asia -> Europe. It’s also clear that the logic for the surfaces had to do with weather and venues. It’s too cold in February-March or October-November in Europe to play outdoors. Most indoor arenas have multiple uses, which means it was much easier to lay a carpet surface or a hard court over a concrete floor than it would be to build a clay court. Finally, the ATP circuit is a big, nationalistic business. America and Australia produce mostly attacking players who grow up on fast courts. Is it any wonder they would choose the surface that gives their native players as much of an advantage as possible?Open Tennis 2001-Present: At this point, television became a bigger factor. There had been decades where the ruling bodies were under pressure to make the game more interesting. From the 1950s on, big servers dominated the game on fast courts to such an extent that they tried a rule that the server had to let the serve return bounce on their before they could come to the net.Tournaments wanted to attract the best players to play in their tournament, so tournaments speeded up the clay or slowed down the grass and hard courts through adjusting the court speed and the weight of the balls to give everyone a more equal chance to win.Unlike the past, where the world #1 might never win a Slam on their weakest surface (McEnroe, Borg, Sampras, etc.) tennis enjoys another massive growth in interest globally as Federer, Nadal, Djokovic all win career Slams, Murray reaches Slam finals on every surface, and players like Del Potro, Cilic and Wawrinka got hot and upset the great champions at Slams to keep things interesting.ConclusionsThe increase in money and television exposure, along with the logistics of player travel and weather throughout the year have shaped the ATP calendar to its present form. The rise of hard courts as the dominant surface was only logical because it is faster than clay and slower than grass, giving players of all styles the most equal chance of winning. The fact that tennis television ratings of the US Open have plummeted since Sampras and Agassi retired speaks both to the lack of a great American player, and also to the monotony of matches where both players played defense. Record-Low Ratings For U.S. Open Finals - Sports Media WatchSince 2001, the lowest rated matches, with less than three million viewers were: Federer-Murray, Nadal-Djokovic, Cilic-Nishikori, Wawrinka-Djokovic and Nadal-Andersen. By contrast, Federer-Agassi drew 7.14 million viewers, and Sampras-Agassi drew 9.36 million viewers. As ratings have decreased over the last decade, tennis has to figure out how to make matches more viewable, and the best way to do that is to make it easier for attacking players who come to the net. That means faster courts, until they find a new equilibrium. Is this somehow unfair to Nadal because it will make it harder for him to win more Slams on hard courts? Maybe. But it’s no different than Federer fans complaining that he could have won 15 Wimbledon titles if they hadn’t slowed down the grass. It’s all about giving the fans the best, most unpredictable sporting event possible. Casual fans won’t watch if they know the result in advance. The evolution of the sport has produced an incredible generation of players, world class athletes that are just as fast or strong as the superstars in sports like football and basketball. Lon Shapiro's answer to Are professional tennis players fast like sprinters?Tennis is bigger than the personal needs of any one player or their fan base. So enjoy the greatness of Federer and Nadal (and maybe Djokovic if he makes a full come back), and stop worrying about the other nonsense. Thanks for the A2A.

The company is not trustworthy. They sent us the trial key which expired and we did not move forward because of a bug in the software. They created some invoice and sent it to collection!! How can you create and send invoice to collection if you never gave the production key?
