Hello,Australia all-rounder Glenn Maxwell was signed by the Kings XI Punjab for a mind boggling Rs 10.75 Crore, making him one of the most expensive overseas recruit in the Indian Premier League 2020 auction.Why Kings XI Punjab making Maxwell play until now even if he is out of form?Because he has shown good touch with bat in the BBL season 9 in Feb 2020 scoring 398 runs in 16 innings at an avg of 39.80 with the strike rate of 148.51 where being awarded playing of the match thrice. He even led Melbourne stars to finals this season.He was rewarded the player of the series recently in Aus vs ENG 3 match ODI series in Sep 2020 scoring 186 in 3 matches which includes his 2nd international ODI hundred.He is being allowed to play every match in IPl 2020 because the management believes that he is certainly a match winner on any game day.He is currently not in good form with bat in IPL 2020. But, he is a great fielder and a decent bowler.KXIP management didn't make best use of this all-rounder initially. His batting position was shuffled many a times in the initial few matches.KXIP team management realised lately how to make use of this allrounder. I got what I expected, in josaa Round 1 I got Bsc+ Msc Integrated Physics in SVNIT but i didn't wanted to pursue a bsc degree so withdrew my seat ’cause it was same till round 6 i was getting nothing.Then then played biggest gamble if my life i.e I didn't fill any forms for private college, didn't gave any exams for colleges except Comedk( in which i scored a rank of 3300) Through which i could get mech, and ece in best colleges of banglore and the gamble was that i didn't participated in Comedk Councelling. And did i mention I am a dropper and NTA FUCKED me up I scored 186 marks in april attempt and 169 in january attempt and got a crl of 40 k.So now there's a lot of pressure on me cause I didn't wanted to drop another and wanted a b.tech degree so i didn't even think of other careers. But i was confident on my decision that i would get a seat in special round in SVNIT according to past year Cutoffs. And when i saw that I'm getting Electrical engineering in SVNIT i was like above seven skiesSorry for the English I'm not that at it.Upvoting could encourage me for writing more on quora and thereby improving my english. So I'm writing this as I'm receiving notifications particularly after Jee-mains 2020 results are out, that this answer is updated by so and so person I'm glad that they found my answer useful and took the efforts to upvote it but on other side ik that this is wrong psychology I myself did this I searched to the answer that what will i get at my jee rank and not prepare for Jee-advanced. It demotivates you guys keep on hustling. Prepare as much as you can… I also know that you think you're on backfoot here but believe me you're not I've met tons of guys in 1 year of my college who have achieved this in 3 month's of Consistent, Religious preparation of jee advanced.
