In the end, the final decision lies on the President.The Matador is still waiting for the decision on what to do.STEP THREE: THE PRESIDENT FINALLY PARDONS THE BULL.The President has several colourful hankerchiefs which together form the colors of the rainbow. The orange hankerchief is the most prized one - it is the ultimate signal for a pardon.STEP FOUR: THE CELEBRATION AND THE SYMBOLIC KILL.This is the highest possible recognition for the bullbreeder, bullfighter and the bull. Each participant gets recognition for something else: the bullbreeding skills (the breeder), the quality of performance (the fighter), and nobility and bravery (the animal). His role in life - for which he was originally bred - is over. Now he´s considered a “veteran” and as such he has the right for special treatment (from the ranch workers).—————————————————————————BEHIND THE SCENES: THE TREATMENT (of another pardoned bull).The bull is led into a special tin cot in the stables (the so-called “cattle crush”, used by every big farmer who breeds cattle), so that his wounds could be treated. He is then surrounded by veterinarians, his owner (in this case, it´s the bullbreeder, Victorino Martín) and the arena workers.Victorino Martín has just opened a “window” in the tin cot, and is now standing with one of his legs on the back of the bull, trying to take out the banderillas from his back.Another picture of the treatment of a bull in Mexico - he´s being washed and receiving several injections against infection. Finally, his wounds are treated by an antiseptic powder.His wounds after banderillas are surgically sewn shut by a special, strong cord. Worst Experience? It is a nightmare and I have hadcountless sleepless nights because of one wrong buy. I will try to make this answer as short as possible.I bought Lenovo Yoga 510 Laptop from Fipkart and got a damaged product; demanded replacement within 10 days but was denied. Instead a technician was sent to change the Hard drive but the new hard drive failed to work on my system. I filed a complaint in consumer court and demanded replacement of full system. I have written another answer about the tremendously lengthy procedure I had to go through. After around 20 days, I got replacement product on June 2017. It was a nightmare. Promised not to buy anything from Flipkart ever again.The new laptop had multiple issues, which included sudden shut down, sudden shrill sound, sudden freezing and what not. But I was too busy to bother about each and every problem and continued to accept my fate and use it. I saw other reviews of the same product which were okay. I wondered how can I suffer twice.Just after 4 months, the laptop stopped working completely. Now, with extra money, I bought onsite warranty for 3 years, along with accidental damage protection. So, I contacted Lenovo Customer care. They denied onsite help and said I had to go to service center and pay for the repair (within 4 months) because it was a OS issue. I asked them how do they know it is an OS issue without checking the system. They disconnected the call to my face. I was shocked. I could not believe the fact that I had been duped to this extent. With the additional warranty purchase, I was also supposed to get a 1TB hard disk which they promised to give and later denied stating unavailability. Long back I had accepted that.I called their customer support again and a Lady named Bharati picked up my call. She was tremendously rude right from the beginning. I cried after I disconnected the call due to the level of insult she had done. But details of that call is another story. I was asked to do One Key Recovery.I attempted One Key Recovery 5 times. It took 38 hours in total but each time, OKR failed. I called their customer service 6 times, each time describing the entire ordeal to a layman and then only call would get transferred to Lenovo Technical Team and then again repeat the process.I asked for onsite service several times but was denied stating it was an OS issue, without any logic. At the 7th call, a technical support lady ran a hard ware test on my system and hard drive was found to be faulty. I asked them who would be responsible for all the trouble I had to go through, because they assumed it was a OS issue.They said, “Do you want a hard drive or want me to take responsibility? At least we are providing you with replacement. Which brand will do that?”.I was shocked. I said, “ all brands offer this support within the warranty period. what are you even saying?”I was told, “then buy other brand next time”A hard drive replacement request was issued. But last time their hard drive failed to get detected in the system but they argued it was a new hard drive. This time also, not much hope is left. During this span of time, I tweeted to Lenovo 12 times but nothing came out of it except fake promised to resolve it. The 24*7 twitter team did not help in anyway.I asked when will the technician come to provide replacement. I needed a date so that I can avail a leave from my office on that day. They said “He can come anyday. We can’t tell it from before. Once he reaches your house, he will call you. At least you don’t have to visit the service centre” Point to be noted,I bought onsite warranty myself. What kind of favor they are doing, I really don’t know.I asked what if the system does not work even after hard drive replacement. Will the technician make sure the system is in working condition before leaving. The customer care told, “technician will only make sure the hard drive is correctly inserted. After that a hard ware test will be done. If it comes out okay, then OS issue is your problem. We cannot help you out with that.”I showed my laptop to the office IT team just for second opinion and told then what I was going through. The team said, “don’t buy Lenovo products which are not extremely high end. And hopefully if this system starts to function again, sell it as soon as possible. Lenovo has horrible after sales service and it is evident that your suffering with this product is not going to end very soon”.I lost all my important documents, except the ones which were backed up. They also said, even within warranty period, after part replacement once, if any other part fails, I will have to pay for it. Then what is the meaning of warranty period? I used a dell laptop for 7 years without an issue. This laptop has shown me the worst from day 1. If a new laptop’s hard drive crashes within few days, twice, I am sure something else will crash within another week.Me and boyfriend bought Lenovo Phone and both of us regretted the decision immediately. I am usually not extremely negative against any brand. I believe every brand makes some profit making devices and we will face trouble if we buy them. But with Lenovo, they denied the hard disk which I was supposed to get, denied the onsite warranty which I was supposed to get, sold a faulty device, twice, refused warranty support of defective parts more than once. I was checking reviews of the same product over amazon. In flipkart, it has 4.2 star out of 5 star while in amazon it has 2. 5 star will majorly negative reviews. Most people over amazon said that hard disk crashed within few days. I guess not it is almost assured that flipkart reviews are paid. I brought it from flipkart and faced the exact same issue as amazon buyers are facing but not one single review talked about this hard disk crash over flipkart.
