Clearance Certificate Pdf Form: Fill & Download for Free

I had recently applied for police clearance certificate. I live in thane. This is the procedure I followed. Not sure if it is same for other regions as well.1. Create an account with Police Clearance Services2. Under services tab select pcc.3. Fill in the form. Pretty straight forward.A. Personal informationB. Address informationC. Other informationD. Police station information4. Upload documents. This is a tricky part. Not that you won't have documents with you. But size of documents that needs to be uploaded. The size should be between 75kb-100kb. You can use any pdf compressor or image compressor softwares available online. List of documents can be found in website. Photo and signature needs to be scanned and uploaded. The website provides an in built clipping tool to crop photo and signatures.5. Payment. A nominal fees of around 123₹ is charged for using this service.6. Th appointment date is usually two days from date of payment.You can visit your local police station even before the day of appointment. Remember to take a printout of your application, payment receipt and all original documents you have uploaded.Apart from list of documents mentioned on website, you also need electricity bill and a NOC from your parents on a 100₹ stamp paper(I assume this is needed as I stay with my parents and eventhough my name is in ration card, I am not primary holder of ration card). I visited court naka area in thane for notarizations. There are many printing shops which offer this services. They already have a template ready. All you have to do is provide them with your name and address details. If you are married there is also a need to submit noc from your spouse.Usually, after submission of documents at local police station, they pay a visit to your house. In my case they asked me to bring a witness(anyone from same apartment). Don't forget to carry their aadhar card. There would be a verification form that needs to be filled and signed by witness.Now they will verify if there is no criminal records on your name. After successful verification you will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number. Your application is now sent to commissioner office. I was asked to visit the thane commissioner office which is near to Kalwa circle. There is a verification department on the left after you enter this office. You have to submit one set of all the documents along with application form to any counter.On successful verification, you will get another SMS to download the certificate from the website.The whole process takes:- somewhere around 3 -12 days. I got my done in 3 days.- Fees - 123₹- One visit to local police station and one visit to Police Comissioner office.Peace out.

I very recently applied for my PCC in Mumbai and now that I have successfully recieved my certificate I decided to share the information.So the 1st step is to get an online appointment date for submitting the required docs at your nearest local police station.In order to get the appointment, create an account on Police Clearance ServicesThen click on “Services” tab and select the one you are looking for. In my case it was just local "PCC", but if you want it for a job abroad then select accordingly.Next, make note of all the docs they are asking for and make a file of all those docs in pdf form so that its handy when you reach the page where you have to upload documents.About the photo and signature, you have to strictly follow the specifications of file size and format.Once that's done and payment it made of abt Rs.120, you will see a date given there. The police told me its just for formality sake, you can go to the police station the same day and submit the printed application forms and xerox copies of all the docs. In addition to the uploaded documents, they might ask to get the electricity bill as well so better to carry it already.After they have accepted the your papers they will visit you in a day or two for verification.After the verification you will recieve a SMS that the local police has approved you application and it's pending from the CBI.This means that they file is now forwarded to the CBI office in Fort and they take around a week to 10days to approve your case and upload your PCC certificate.As soon as the CBI approves it, you will recieve another sms saying that your application has been approved and print it from your online account. Voila!

The day I got job offer for Livingstone hospital UKI almost got trapped in this scam in 2009. First of all I got email from address as: [email protected] if getting email from such domain will think it’s may be genuine and would read out to find out if there is any job opportunity.In the first email, they asked me few questions and wrote they are ready to give me job opportunity in Livingstone hospital in UK.I read their PDF which appeared to be as if it’s a job offer. I was taken away as I was jobless and who won’t want to go to UK.I replied to them next day with answers to questions likeWhere I currently work*My future plans* my address* Phone number* How soon I can join* Expected salary. Etc.and waited for their response.Next day I got the response and they asked me to send scanned copy of my passport to addressMark PurcellChief Recruiting personnelLivingstone [email protected] I was already trapped, I send them the scanned copy for 1000 rs to the given address( I sent him copy over the email, but he asked me to send by post).Then Mark called me up and said thanks for sending the document and told they need to have police Clearancecertificate and asked me to send some money in order to get thatThe moment he said that, I realized this it is fake. He asked me to deposit some 600 pounds, that nearly 49000.He even sent me local Indian bank address to deposit the money:Bank: SBIAccount: James Luan VaiPheiAccount: 20039331927PAN: AJHPV5006HAfter all of this, I immediately called my friend who was in UK, to confirm me the address if hospital is there. Next day to my shock he said there is no livingstone hospital there and instead some queen Elizabeth hospital was there. And Living hospital was located in some other address in UK.My courier company also called me up and said there is no Mark Purcell on that given address and its fake. They requested me to give exact address where I would like to send the documents.I was shaken and almost cried that how someone could fool on job selection for this. I was almost going to deposit the money. I sent him email saying its a scam and you are trying to loot my money, but never got a reply from that email again. Even the number was not reachable.What I learnt from this was:Never get excited even if you get something very big, better to confirm it first.Especially when something is related to outside your country, it becomes more crucial to do findings. Email address and PDF file almost got me but I was saved because I didn't get carried away by opportunity to go to UK.I was saved because of my friend who was there and went to that place to confirm that no hospital is there.I even contacted the real hospital and told them about this fraud but never got reply from them. I hope no one would get trapped by such scams related to job.
