Talent and skills are nowhere near the top of the recruiters checklist.Let me tell you something about education in B. Tech. Nobody gives a shit about exams. Those who do, prepare 24 hours before the exam. Those who don't prepare 4–5 hours before the exam. That late night brainstorming in hostel rooms will be the best experience of time management you'll ever have. Wish we could put it on our resume.Ever heard about ‘a random guy who jumped from the 9th floor room 901. And that room has since then never been opened. Some say the room is still haunted.’ If not you'll hear it soon enough.Never break the bro code. I repeat, never.There are two individuals you'll never forget in your life. The tea stall guy right outside your hostel. The guy who serves maggi in the late night canteen. I still have utmost respect for both of em.Let me tell you how much you'll learn in this temple of education - Nothing. Even if you do learn something, it'll hardly be used ever in your life. At least nothing in a direct way. Sorry folks. Sorry to break your heart.The time you spend is golden. Each and every second of it (pity the day scholars). This is the last time you are without actual responsibilities and worries. The shit is about to get real very soon. You won't realise it then. But once it's over, you'll know what you had is irreplaceable.
