PDF Editor FAQ

How was your school life?

Not that great!I was a studious, sincere and dedicated student. In every class there is a student who informs the teachers about the homeworks, class tests, etc. Yes, I was that girl. I was more attached to teachers than the students.I was not a part of any the so called “cool group”. I was a shy girl who would hardly talk to anyone except my two best friends and my twin sister in school.I always sat in the first bench. So that I can focus more on the academics. I would sincerely listen to what teachers were teaching in class and make notes of it. As a result I was always teacher’s favourite.Sometimes teachers would be more partial towards me. My favourite maths teacher Abraham Sir once gave me the dairies of the students who had not done or completed their homework to write “Homework not done” in it. I used my this power and wrote many stupid things along with drawing smileys.During mid terms, Once my Social Science teacher asked me to to review the difficulty level of the question paper while I was busy writing my history answers.I was appointed as the Discipline Monitor in seventh class. As soon as the bell rang, I had to run to the stairs before anybody leaves to check that whether the students were maintaining the discipline while leaving and were in proper line. (Though I used to hate this job as it was very tedious as I was myself in a hurry to reach home)In final exams we had a different siting arrangement. We had to sit beside a senior or junior who is alloted as per our roll number. So I clearly remember in final year exams of Ninth standard, a senior from tenth standard asked me to solve few arithmetical problems from maths question paper since we had same common book. This does not mean that I did not had fun or enjoyment. I used to crack many lame jokes but my two friends only were privileged enough to hear those jokes. We would do stupid things together.Once I along with my friends and sister tried to bunk the music class and went to the playground to play games. We had taken enough precautions to be not caught by dodging the cctv cameras, but we were unlucky to be caught by the music teacher. While there were many who had successfully bunked classes without being caught.I participated in many extracurricular activities too like ‘best out of waste’ science model contest, powerpoint presentations competition (ppt), Hindi essay writing competition, etc.(Even won some!) In sports the game I played was TT, Badminton and sometimes cricket. I and my friends were a part of MATH Club of my school and represented it in Kaizan carnival.I and my sister won the Scholar Trophy for six consecutive years. (From 5th to 10th standard)Till tenth standard I had studied in an ICSE school and then from 11th class shifted to CBSE board. In eleventh class I was awarded the badge - “Goody by Choice” by voting.I considered my new school an “Academic Jail” in which I had to spend two years. The principal was too strict. We were not allowed to take a single leave without her permission.I had never cheated in any exam. I had never indulged in any gossips. Was never involved in any relationship or came under peer pressure. But I am glad that technology had still not advanced during my school time. Applications like Whatsapp, Instagram, Snapchat had not invaded(read ruined) lives of the students. Hence no distractions during exam days.I have changed many schools due to the transfer of my father. I have studied in all boards i.e. Cambridge(IB), Convent, CBSE, State board and ICSE. NO doubt ICSE is the best!I was happy in my own small world that consisted of myself, my two best friends, my twin sister and teachers at school while parents at home.I was probably too naive to understand this world. I was too gullible.Though College has changed me a lot, from a shy introvert to an ambivert girl. Now I can easily interact with others or any strangers.Normally Adult People miss their school and desperately wait for re-union so that they can meet their school friends, I desperately want to go to my school to meet my teachers again!
