United States of America has a federal structure and hence the name. (Federal = many states coming together to form a country). The individual states in USA enjoy greater degree of autonomy than the states in India.India is a federation with centralising tendency i.e., the Centre has much power and has delegated few to the states for the ease of administration. The Indian Constitution contains a large number of unitary features.In simple words,USA = all states came together to form country (United States)India = country is formed and is then reorganised into states for administrative purposeAlso, Article 1 of the Constitution of India describes India As a ‘Union of States’ which implies that Indian federation is not the result of an agreement by the states and no state has the right to secede from the federation.Hence, in my opinion, calling India as ‘United States of India’ would not properly reflect the unique co-operative federal setup that the country has.

I have been farmer for more than a year now after quiting IT job. Ground reality is different.Especially for traditional farming, I have seen many cases making zero to 100 acres which all depends on pure personal hardwork and not depending on Labor, if you ready to get totally involved in it and give your best you can yield success but needs lots of patience and hell lot of hard work.While I chose slightly easy and dignified one that is 'protected farming', invested with few lakhs of rupees, took complete ownership i.e. own hardwork very less dependence on labor, on many occasions I watered plants, ploughing, worked till clothes fully drenched with sweat and dried, many times slept at nights to guard the place when watchman said goodbye with notice, pushed myself with only positivity and finally good news is I was successful in the very first attempt after 9months.Below are the results in the mid of March 2020.Hope you enjoyed reading all the above content.Now comes the unfortunate series of events and testing times-Flowers started growing as planned from March 8 2020, we started selling whole lot, 1st lot started with 50bunches(20 flowers each bunch) which keeps increasing like 60, 80 bunches each day, was positive that by end of March till May month we will easily reach 200 to 300 bunches every day, was quiet happy to see all going as expected, dreams were turning into reality but things started taking a U-turn.Covid panic was slowly making news, things are now bit shaky and uncertain.One fine morning I get a call from buyer saying market will remain closed (Mumbai dadar market) due to covid 19 for next few days.Hopes were alive as we had other markets to cater, my last consignment was ready to ship for 150 bunches on March 20 2020, same day lockdown was announced and all markets closed.Following 2 months were not less than a nightmare with no cash in hand and hopelessness, it took a big toll on mental and emotional state thinking of future, stability, family needs etc.Yet I never made my family realise the pain I went through, managed to hide my inner state, borrowed some finance from close friends, built strength within to run the show till next season.Fast forward, currently some markets are open, prices are steady but yield is all gone.Waiting with fingers crossed for the next season(from oct-dec) to be back in the game, yet planning and preparing for the worst.So as far as the question is concerned ‘Should you quit job for farming' my suggestion would be to make a thorough SWOT analysis both about yourself and field you choose, calculate risk then dive in with confidence and dedication.Stay strong stay positive.Thanks for reading.Wish me good luck and prayers!Please follow below space link and share related to answers on it.Protected farmingBdw Guys finally we have started new venture, show some love👇Instagram: @cakepanda.in

In November 2009, Surjewala became Cabinet minister in Haryana Government.Don’t you think people like Randeep Surjewala deserves to replace Rahul who is nothing infront of Surjewala’s EVEREST ACHIEVEMENTS.Now coming to the point. There are many “Surjewalas” in Congress who have climbed the ladder of success, out of sheer talent, commitment and hard work, yet they are forced to play secondary odd roles in the second largest political party of our country. Why??? Its a cruel joke to have a party which is fighting elections in the largest democracy of the world but doesn't have internal democracy to elect a deserving candidate as its leader.Why Priyanka? Why not Surjewala or someother talented and experienced leader should take command of this “once a grand” party of the country.We Indians, should come out of our love for obsession to anything which we get attached to, at some point of time. Please shed away this sycophancy, discard this dynastic rule and let this grand old party get back its lost charm.EDIT- The answer is focused upon the malpractice in Congress party that all experience and achievements are no match to the Gandhi dynasty.
