ROI is too LOW !Moreover, if you're really seeking a performance tune-up you'll need to check the aerodynamics which sucks in RE. Thus resorting you to make changes in the chassis. And this is just the beginning. Once done with chassis, you'll have to entirely setup a suspension system. Then you move to your favourite part.THE ENGINE. Sounds nice, but the old technology can only be made to work as best as the factory makes it. For more performance you'll have to rebore the pistons, increase the dia. New intake. New Exhaust. New Injection system. Feels like we gonna end up making the bike from scratch. Now your RE runs fast. It got more BHP (you asked for it) ;)This new fast RE needs to stop equally fast. For that you need better brakes. Discs all around and that too efficient disc. Now you got the discs, what about wheel locking and slipping sideways because of your new discs. So ABS is the answer… then the tires…better lights… a lot of mind boggling mechanics involved in suspension…And the story never ends…You'll be adding so many things , you'd later regret not buying a bike with already more BHP.RE is a peice of ART. Have you tried running thru an art gallery. You won't be able to see the art, you won't be able to enjoy the art. RE is meant to walk steady and planted. Like a tiger. Enjoy the thump and walk steady. Confident.For more BHP go for other bikes like the KTM.
