Please raise a billing request them and let them know the reasons why you couldn't pay. I have experienced that Amazon billion support has been very generous and waved off my bills ( one time). There were unexpected charges though and Amazon dint get into any discussion / firefighting in this one. Isnt it great? I have heard of several such instances.CheersAnand

This happens a lot. I’m not a lawyer or regulator, but I can tell you what has worked for others. I make no promises that it will work for you, but it’s worth a try.First and foremost, read your insurance policy, especially the requirement for submitting timely proof of loss. Simply request the two documents to prove that you have a valid obligation.Hospitals sell uncollectible accounts to collection agencies who then try to get someone to pay them.
