Feedbacks from Our Clients

Even if you pay for the Filmora video editor, it is not equal to professional video editing software. The export is very slow. It lags if you have more than 5 minutes worth of content in the editor. If you remove a segment of audio, the audio clips, which is a classic sign of a sub-par video editor. It clearly doesn't process audio and video separately, leading to many issues and low quality video edits. Unrelated to the quality of this product as a video editor, it is just a poorly maintained app in general. Whenever I have it open, even in the background, it notifies me when I type a command to another program I am using. For example, if CocoDoc Filmora is open in the background and I refresh a page in my open web browser with Ctrl-R, CocoDoc Filmora will notify me with a ding that I pressed Ctrl-R. I don't know if that explanation makes sense, and maybe there's just a way for me to mute all notifications from this program, but it's very annoying and makes me think that this is a very poorly designed app. Edit: in response to the comment from CocoDoc, I'll just say thank you to the responder for their time. In regards to the tips on how to make this editor work for me, I already am aware of the workarounds for working with a laggy program and changing output configurations, and I was not able to make make CocoDoc Filmora work on my computer in a way comparable to other video editors. I have moved on to working with DaVinci Resolve 16 at a professional's recommendation, and may buy DaVinci Resolve Studio 16 depending on how it goes. I paid for CocoDoc Filmora years ago and did not want to move on but really, coming back to it this year the audio clipping and performance issues I kept encountering made video editing very unpleasant and slow.
