The prices for the issue of transcripts have been changed. They are now 500/- for the first copy 300/- for each subsequent copies. You can either make an online payment or take a DD in favor of Finance Officer, VTU Belgaum.If you make payment via online, make sure you mention the online payment id number on the application form.3. You then submit the filled up application form along with a photocopies of all your semester marks sheets and degree certificate. Also carry a PAN card copy as they might ask.4. The acknowledgement receipt will be given to you which you need to take while collecting the transcripts.5.Even though you fill the postal address on application form, you need to go to the office again to collect transcript copies.
