From the time the merger was finally completed this year, I have been facing several issues.It started in the month of May when one of my refund through Paypal took more than a month!! Every time I called up the customer care, they gave me different timelines, some said it’ll take 7 days, then it became 14 and then 21 days!! I remember one customer support person telling me “Madam, now you’re governed by Kotak policies and not ING!” Can you believe this. I then took to Twitter and after 2 weeks I finally got the refund credited to my account. This was after unlimited calls and many message exchanges.Last month I was in urgent need to money so my friend transferred money to my account. This would just take 5 minutes in the past. Now, it has been 15 days and I have been calling them, emailing them (even marked their CEO) and twitted. I still haven’t received the money. To top it all, my salary also bounced back because these bunk of swindlers changed the IFSC code without any intimation. I finally received it yesterday but till date haven’t received the money transfer. All I hear them say is that they are checking and that I should have patience! Like really! I am beyond mad now. Have decided to go to the bank tomorrow and will not leave until they credit the money to my account as it is not a small amount that I can let go. I really would have if this wasn’t the case.Can’t wait to close my account. I fail to understand, how a bank so unprofessional is still surviving and they have the audacity to acquire other banks and kill them completely.Wish me luck folks that they don’t create any issues for closure and that I get the money soon. *Fingers crossed*
