Don't talk to them in the bathroom. Not classy at all.This was the mid-1980s and I was a young father with a very sick boy, about 3 years old. He had spent a few weeks in the KU Medical Center in Kansas City, while his mother and I took turns at his bedside. We were lucky enough to get a room at the Ronald McDonald House.One of our last days there, the house manager gave me tickets to a celebrity golf tournament organized to raise money for McDonald's charities. I took my son who had mended quite well, and his five year old brother and decided to see who was there.I managed to greet serveral TV celebrities and not make a fool of myself. I met Fred McMurray, Tony Dow, Donny Most (who seemed high), Tige Andrews (who grumbled that I remembered his guest shot in Star Trek but knew none of his other work), Tom Poston, and Charles Frank.I was a fan of them all and familiar with all of their work, except Charles Frank, whom I ran into in the restroom.We stood at the urinals side-by-side. I stared at him. I couldn't place him, but I knew the face. I cannot believe I did this, but I am certain that I remember saying, "You're somebody, aren't you?"I cringe when I think back on it. We washed hands, and then shook hands. He signed my autograph book, right next to his picture.I was such a goofball.Later, my boys were running around playing, while I got them lunch. They bumped into Fred McMurray's table. I apologized and started looking for a place to sit, when he asked us to join him. I explained that the younger boy had just gotten out of the hospital and we were given our tickets.MacMurray took a real interest in the blood disease my son had (Kawasaki Disease). A few minutes later, Tony Dow sat down with us and Mr. MacMurray introduced me to him, calling me by name, and told Mr. Dow all about my son, just as if we were old friends.I left soon after, thanking Dow and MacMurray for sharing their time with me, but I avoided making eye contact with Charles Frank, who sat nearby.

They may consent to a search or even admit to crazy things, all the while thinking they are presenting themselves well.Doctors prescribe them like candy. Patients then become addicted and are regular customers. Should the doctor misbehave, the patients aren’t mentally composed enough to ever sue the doctor. Also, the patient’s memory is too broken to effectively launch a law suit. These doctors actually drug their patients into being compliant addicted, paying customers. Crack dealers are saints compared to many of these doctors.A good example is Dr. Charles Zaylor, DO formerly of KU Medical Center in Kansas City, KS, USA. He prescribed benzos far in excess of the limits stated by the manufacturer. The worst happened to his patients, but he never suffered. He was terminated for obscure reasons. Last I heard, he was doing telepsychiatry for various prison systems.Medically, they are addictive. Not only is someone intoxicated but they must remain so constantly. Productive good people become useless (or worse) burdens on everybody else.Medically, in large doses, they cause serious respiratory depression. However, the general pharmaceutical industry literature downplays this. They are called “minor” tranquilizers. Yet they kill more people than any other category of drug.Often when a toxicology report is released for a drug overdose, benzos will be combined with narcotics in the corpse. The news media reports will blame the narcotic - not the benzo, eg., Brittany Murphy. Anna Nicole Smith. Modern culture, with the influence of the legal drug industry, is fond of blaming “evil” narcotics like heroin, but it is reluctant to blame legitimate doctor-prescribed “tranquilizers”. Consequently, people don’t even know benzos kill.
