I do not know a specific example but i can tell you what we do with our user stories.Name - As a <role>, I want <goal/desire> so that <benefit>Description - It contains a detailed description, Link to the Epic (Main big feature) and the Definition of Done.Label - Epic as label and a label for the existing sprintThat is it. It works perfectly for us. We do a lot of other things too for making developer's life easy but that wont be relevant here to mention.
