Hi Tanvi, I am very happy to know that you have been selected for the NCBS application. Hope you excel further and ultimately, secure a seat in NCBS, TIFR. Additionally, fingers crossed for DBS, TIFR. So, my answer to the above question in the application form was,““A Thousand Splendid Suns” by Khaled Hosseini is by far the most interesting book that I have read recently. It has completely enraptured me by its depiction of bonding between two women in the battle-ridden background of Afghanistan.”I think this answer does not carry that much importance in the scope of things. It just shows what kind of reader you are. Plus, it is helpful to separate the maggus who would either say Lehninger or Voet and Voet. HAHAHAHA!!!!!Jokes aside, write whichever book you have read and which has left an imprint on you. Give a small description. One or two lines maybe. A summary of the book is definitely not required.All the best. Cheers.

Okay, I am just going to be straightforward with all of you because I have worked in one of these “consultancies”. I am not going to BS any of you by sounding smart while talking about ICCRC, RCIC or any alphabet for that matter like the rest of the people answering similar questions that are related to migrating to Canada from India.I don’t recommend going through any of these so-called “immigration consultancies” because they won’t help you much and for the most part, they are out there to snatch the money from your pocket. Canada is the primary focus for most of these consultancies because of it’s simplified immigration program which is Express Entry, obviously.Most of these consultancies “claim” to offer Permanent Residential Visas for Canada by lying about how Canada is better than the Gulf continent or the South East Asian continent (these are for example) by comparing salaries, job statistics .etc and also by exploiting the simple procedures and loopholes in the Express Entry Program that sadly, even the Canadian Government is unaware of.I can’t speak for every immigration consultancy out there but I can talk about Croyez Immigration and their work structure and how they process possible immigrants for immigration.So basically how they attempt to service people that are looking to migrate to Canada is like this. They have a bunch of minions sitting on very basic office computers with very little functionality and they will have to sift through hundreds of names, emails, phone numbers .etc on Google Docs everyday. Those particular people’s information are taken from resumes on job sites such as Naukri, Monster, Indeed .etc and are then used to contact the owners of said resumes. And the owners of those resumes are the common public, which is you. YES, YOU. They will call you everyday forcing you to get a Permanent Residential Visa for Canada.EVEN IF YOU HAVE ZERO INTEREST, YOU WILL BE PESTERED ANYWAY SO MAKE SURE YOU BLOCK ANY CALL FROM THIS COMPANY AND YOU WILL SAVE COUNTLESS HOURS OF WASTED TIME THAT WILL HAVE GONE INTO GETTING YOURSELF SCAMMED OF THOUSANDS OF RUPEES.Okay, so let’s just say you do have an actual interest of moving to Canada. You will be asked to send your resume and then you will have to fill up an Application Form which is an abysmal Word Document file sent to you from Croyez itself. Later after they go through your Application Form and resume that you will eventually send to their email, they will lie to you saying you are eligible and they will ask you to pay a 1000 rupees “Registration Fee” so that they can send your resume and Application Form to the Canadian Government directly for further verification and approval. But what really happens is an administrator working deep inside the company in the Chennai office will be the actual one to receive your documents through another email account inbox and he will verify the Application Form and resume for further approval and procedure. After the fake “Canadian Government” has approved your Application Form and the resume, you will be asked to pay 80,000 rupees in order to obtain a digital signature from your personal or office computer to ensure that the entire visa application process won’t be jeopardized by any minor errors or drawbacks in the future. And then you will be asked to write the standard IELTS exam and then acquire a Educational Credential Assessment certificate from the respective service providers (British Council, IDP India, WES .etc) and then they will try to take another 80,000 rupees by lying about further governmental procedures that take place inside Canada and they will mention that they have no control over what happens in the country of Canada. Six months will have passed and then you will have to let go of your current job here in India, pack up your belongings, leave your home and then move over to Canada where you know nobody and will have to make a new living through a cheap job or a job from your actual field/qualification. It depends on how your cards play out while being fooled by this company.Remember, all the dealings that take place between you and Croyez are through the phone. They will not meet you in person and even if you live in Chennai and manage to visit their regional office, they will have a special person trained in a BPO/Call Center specific vocabulary and accent to sweet-talk you and gradually reel you into their world of deceptions and lies in order to make you pay the entire fee structure for the Permanent Residential Visa for Canada. There is literally no guarantee that you will get a job similar to your actual Indian job in Canada. Croyez will make guarantees and promises that you will be an esteemed client for the next 7 years after you pay the service charges but you will be left in the wilderness while knowing nothing about a country that you would be stuck in and working a job smaller than what you used to work back in India. And truthfully speaking, you won’t be able to find a way back to your previous life in India.Majority of the older employees working here are engineering graduates from S A Engineering College/ Panimalar Engineering College .etc. I can’t post information of their Facebook accounts or images or else I would be violating certain guidelines but I can tell you that they are obviously placed in this company via a placement scheme by the higher authorities of these particular colleges. They have no proper education and come from really poor backgrounds. I am not bragging to be smarter than all of them but I am telling you the facts. Their jobs consist of sitting by a computer from 10 AM to 6 PM and talking on the phone constantly in either Tamil or half- baked English. They also recently began hiring freshers from other colleges and they have a training period of 2 weeks (they will state 1 month in the Employee Agreement but since the organizational structure is similar to that of a call center, the actual training period is only 2 weeks)Okay, supposing all this explanation isn’t enough, I can provide more evidence for you.Take a look at their official site. Browse around for at least a minute.Best Immigration Consultants in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IndiaFirst thing you see is an auto-playing video that isn’t even produced or created by anyone from Croyez Immigration. It’s a random instructional video by the Canadian Government. Look at how terrible and lackluster their website design is. Also note that they have a dedicated tab and drop-down list for Canada alone with various sub-topics. Now take a wild guess as to why is it so?They also claim to offer immigration services for multiple common countries such as Australia, New Zealand, Germany .etc See how the ‘Z’ in New Zealand isn’t even in capital letter. Now guess why they have a lot of countries in their service roster? It’s only because they can trick you into thinking they actually provide immigration services for multiple nations and also so that they can pass themselves off as a “genuine immigration consultancy” by making up all these false claims and stories about themselves. Now scroll to the bottom of the page and look at the year. It says 2016. The page hasn’t been updated for the past 3 years. Now this is plenty enough to give you a good imprint of their internal organization structure.Now look at their official Twitter feed. What do you see?Croyez (@croyezmigration) | TwitterA bunch of nonsensical posts with pictures of happy Caucasian people with shiny white teeth and sharply dressed clothes with the badly designed logos of Croyez and poorly written slogans in bad sizes and fonts with way too many meaningless hashtags to boost the number of views per post. Notice how they have more numbers in Following and less followers. Also take note that they have re-tweeted from other rival immigration consultancies like Visas Avenue for example.Do I have to show you more to make you understand or did you already get what this is all about?If everything I have shown you so far actually begins to make sense, then yes. YOU ARE BEING SCAMMED OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY BY RANDOM STRANGERS CALLING YOUR PHONE.Don’t believe these immigration companies stating to provide you with “the best immigration services”, “No. 1 immigration service in India”, “worldwide immigration” and all the obvious nonsense. Use your brain and conduct your own research online to read about how you can get into the Express Entry Program by self. If you have basic education, common sense, logical reasoning and a sharp eye for detail, then rest assured, your money will be in your hands alone.If these people call you, just hang up or report them to the police.
