It gives you the instructions including what to submit for forms, instructions, supporting documents, where to file, and filing fee.By including the I-129F, you would be filing for a K-3 visa. If you look at the USCIS’ website for a K-3 visa, USCIS does not see the need for them anymore. This is because it takes about the same time to adjudicate the I-130 and the I-129F. Therefore, I would not include the I-129F. You will get an IR-1 or CR-1 visa based on how long you have been married. Gate 2018 was my 2 nd attempt.. I m 2017 passsout.Last year i got 45.18 marks and my rank was 14661 which is very bad and this was my score one year of made easy coaching. The main reason of my failure was not serious about gate as i was placed in tech mahindra although my stream is mechanical. But then also i was careless and not prepared many subjects like TOM, SOM, Design, Mechanics, Fluid machinery and Appititude section.. But one good thing i hv done was attending all the made easy classses and prepared notes.. I was only hoping to cross cut off last year but luckily paper was too easy and i got unexpected marks that give me some ray of hope that if i can prepare every subject and attempt gate i can score good..After gate result i got busy in last year project and then semester exams.. After that all my frnds placed in TCS or other companies were getting joining letter but tech mahindra send me email to complete LFH(learn from home) module and advised me to study java programming and other coding languages. That day i was very depressed and talked to my father. He advised me to not switch my stream and prepare from next year gate. After watching some motivational videos i decided to prepare for Gate 2018..In july i started my preparation for gate. On the first day i gave demo mock test of made easy and got 36..This i gave to know my level.. After that i started with my week subject that was SOM. I have no idea how to study this as in made easy classes the faculty taught us SOM was not good..So after some research i started watching nptel videos of SOM and then i downloaded pdf made by S K MONDAL sir.. This pdf was of 429 pages and i started from zero. I read once his notes and simultaneously written all his notes in my copy.. It took me around 130 hours to read and write the whole pdf in copy. But i was happy because after that i was not zero in Som.. As i was studying 3 subjects simultaneously i covered my whole syllabus by the end of September then i gave a full mock test of made easy and ace academy and i got 49 and 28.03 respectively.. I was happy and continued my revision and was giving subjectwise tests and full mock test of made easy and ace academy..In the last mock test of made easy and and ace academy i got around 69 and 71 respectively.. I was not happy because i was getting very less marks in apptitude section.I appeared for gate 2018 in afternoon session and by MAHADEV grace i attempted 89 marks out of 100. I was satisfied for that time. But after final answer key i got only 75marks ( 78 positive marks - 3 negative marks).. I was very sad as during the exam in last 5 min i changed answers of two 2 marks questions and both was wrong plus negative 0.66 for one cam question and got 6 out of 15 in apptitude section .But this is life we have to accept it..This year my got 74.92 normalised marks and my rank is 1212 and i am neutral not satisfied and not unsatisfied..
