Hello there OP,Is it wrong for ICE to remove tens of thousands illegal migrants who found their way into the United States?Your question is illogical as it is be based upon false premises.The first is that ICE has the power to remove illegal aliens from the USA. They don’t. The Federal Immigration Courts[1] remove the illegals by deportation.The second is that enforcing the law when faced with illegal action could ever be considered wrong. There are very serious laws regarding illegally crossing the border and Immigration and Customs Enforcement is “a law enforcement agency of the federal government of the United States tasked to enforce the immigration laws of the United States and to investigate criminal and terrorist activity of transnational organizations and aliens within the United States.”[2]The third issue is “who found their way…” This makes the illegal premeditated. To say they found their way[3] here makes it sound like an accident. There was no element of chance in the illegals travelling through Mexico and crossing the US border. Beyond demonstrating that these illegal aliens aren't simply “finding their way” over the US border wall as they enter the country in this manner. They commit a voluntary act that is both unlawful and wrong.
