He is not like ex-employees of the private sector Trump Organization who had to sign confidentiality agreements with harsh penalties for speaking out against Trump.Upon leaving government service, it is completely common for former members of government to express their views and share their experiences publicly in books, newspapers, television interviews, and all other forms of media. There are multiple memoirs from every recent administration and none of them are considered “leaking.”Every modern administration has had to deal with it, though Trump’s may be the first not to understand that it’s perfectly legal.Now that we’ve established that he’s allowed to talk to the press and it isn’t leaking, it becomes much simpler. What happened? He was fired. Then the guy who fired him told awful lies about him, dragging his good name through the mud. Seriously?They did not met any point of the agreement made with Turkey, none, zero, sıfır, null, nichts, na da.Just a refreshing reminder about this agreement:Way back in 2015, when the refugee amount circulating in and around Turkey reached a record amount of 6 million and Turkey's spending and losses around 40 billion dollars, they raised the issue when met with their counterparts. The emphasis was that Turkey told simply:You mix yourself into the Syria conflict to maintain your interests.You mix yourself in my interests in the region.You support highly controversial groups on my borders, who are a threat to my country and put an additional pressure on my security, refugee influx, ethnic cleansing of that area.At the same time, you want that I stop this immense refugee influx into Europe and take all the burden.But don't allow me to interfere, to close the doors and don't follow my request to establish a “no fly zone" and stop the escape of thousands who're bombed from various groups.“Then, sorry, I can't anymore, I am about to collapse and the citizens getting every day more upset about it and wants immediate change.”Still, Europe waited until the one million knocked on their door and Germany took a bold step to absorb at least this part.But that was it. There was no common policy, everyone else run away, Turkey, Greece and Germany were standing alone mostly.Then Germany, despite the huge backlash from other members pressured an agreement to help out Turkey in this burden and the “refugee agreement” came into existence in March 2016. 5 years back.Conditions:Turkey will receive 6 billion Euros in aid, 3+3. 3 billion was expected to arrive in 2016 and the rest in 2017. When the agreement runs as expected, the plan was to renew the agreement with additional payment.Result: As of now, 2021, only 2,7 billion Euros have arrived in Turkey, 65 % which Germany has paid. Not even 6 billions in 5 years (five full years), no new agreement in sight, most of the others, who did nothing for it, still protesting.For every returned refugee (at the cost of Turkey), Europe will take one refugee from Turkey.Result: Until today, 93,711 refugees came back at the costs of Turkey, in return, Europe took only 10,000 out of Turkey. The procedure takes enormous long attached to immense buraeucratic processes, unlike it was promised and still many EU members resist to follow.Europe has promised to start the visa free travel of Turkish citizens in 2016.Result: Despite Turkey signing the return arrangement of visa violating citizens and fulfilling almost all points of 70+ rules and offering the solutions for the remaining 3 rules, including the mostly controversial anti Terror law which was criticized from the EU, no answer was given and still the solution is end open until today, 2021. In the meantime, almost all eastern European non-EU members became visa free travel, even UAE (United Arab Emirates), who has much more controversial Terror laws and human rights violations, despite being non-European country, unlike Turkey, who is an associated partner of Europe since 1963 and founder of the European council, member of Customs Union and EU membership candidate.Turkey and the EU has agreed to “accelerate" the EU membership process.Result: Forget about acceleration, even none of the blocked chapters for negotiation was opened till today, 2021.This agreement was signed from EU and Turkey, two legal entities, ratified on both sides and registered at the UN as a binding international agreement regarding the international law.So much about breaking international laws. But EU can do that, not Turkey, they are always blamed not being lawful, even about dubious non-existing laws.And in 2019, Turkey has told that it can't anymore hold the refugees inside of Turkey, it's capacities are coming to end, the pressure in Turkey is growing to the government and it will allow refugees who want to go to Europe, if EU don't fulfill its obligations or come up with a new agreement. No answer for months and the border doors were opened partially.This scream of Turkey, instead to receive with empathy and understanding, was immediately interpreted in European politics and mainstream media as “Turkey (Erdoğan) threatening Europe with Refugees or Turkey takes Europe as hostages" bullshit.You know, nowadays IQ level in Europe is very low and the easiest way is to wash your conscience over some third countries whom you can easily blame as evils and clean your dirt elsewhere while praising yourself as the “nirvana of freedom, modern civilization and the just lawful place on earth.”There is a phrase about this situation:“You can't go into a mud with a white shirt and wish at the same time to stay white as the purity of Messiahs”Therefore the question is wrong, it must be this:“When, ever, did Europe fullfil it's promises regarding Turkey, that it will pay today a penny for the refugee crisis?”Thanks.picture sources: Google images

It is both inappropriate and illegal for trump to have the G-7 summit at any of his properties where he would financially profit personally. That is what the Emolument Clause specifies. So far, he has ignored this. His Doral Club business has gone down 67% since he took office. He is trying to save another of his businesses. I hope that ALL of the other G-7 refuse to meet at one of trump’s personal properties. Camp David is where the group has met before, and is already secured. Basically trump wants it at Doral to make money. It is well known that many of the properties that trump has his name on have had to remove trump’s name from their buildings (and end the agreement with trump to use and pay for his name) as since trump got into office, their businesses have been losing money. The name “trump” is now mud.
