The Department of Health and Human Services can handle alternate contraception coverage sans form for some time, and there will be no added harm to employees seeking contraception. Over the long term, this procedure may be administratively difficult or unworkable, but for right now, it doesn't seem to be particularly harmful to me.

NEVER !!!!!If they just decided to eject then yes they are an idiot and will be in a lot of trouble.Military Aviation has a lot of rules regarding safety - some written down some not.The argument is a very simple one and goes to human psychology - if you yell at some one for calling or taking a safety action that you may consider that they could have dealt with but hit the “panic button” then next time any thing happens the will NEVER call for help even when they get into a situation that they should have used Emergency Procedures. As a result lives and equipment are lost.This is a Ground Crew AND Aircrew Attitude!As ground crew it was part of my job to refuse any order that I did not think was safe or which i could not do for any reason - yes it does also depend on circumstances.A very good example of the attitude is when I was working in a Chinook Cockpit.I had a not so captive bolt group out the back of the instrument panel.I looked for it, could not find it - So I wrote the thing up in the aircraft service book - RAF Form 700.Yes there was hassle - BUT you never take things beyond working late taking out the cockpit floor etc..The reason is simple I could just have gone into stores grabbed a new nut and fixed it. AND that lost nut could have found its way into a control run that could have caused the loss of an aircraft.Whilst I was on the Squadron, one of the pilots was carrying a new 4Ton Army truck as an underslung load and it started to swing. The pilot tried a couple of times to correct then checked with the load master that it was clear below and dropped it.The army were NOT happy and wanted to discipline the Pilot - they got told through the entire chain of command right from the very top - NO it was a safety issue and that a pilot taking such action may be second guessed but unless it’s gross negligence - then Sod Off!Agin, we had a crash; it happened on a training flight in the Falklands in snow. The Chinook flew into raising ground. Co-Pilot, a load Master and a few Gurkhas died.The pilot lost one leg below the Knee - returned to the squadron with a new callsign- look up Douglas Barder.In 14 years service in the Royal Air Force then 14 years working in the defence sector I have only known one instance when the aircrew were criticized as a result of an accident - Chinook Crash in Scotland.
