15 Kgs reduction in 2 months will require a lot of hard work, but it’s not impossible.I used to be slim when I was in College and I always assumed that my genetics were awesome. I ate everything and never gained weight. This is a picture from 2008After college I got a job & became financially independent and ate everything that I wanted to. I lived the most unhealthy 2 years after college and I realised that from a 55 I have become 60; I thought that this is it, and my weight cannot go beyond this possibly. LOL. I became 78 kgs. My cousins laughed at me, my uncle told me that I look like a mother of 2 kids when I was 24. I was pretty embarrassed. I did the GM diet, joined a gym, starved for days, etc. I experimented a hell lot of techniques, but all in vain.I had become this. This is a picture from 2012I swear I had lost all hopes and I decided to let it go and live with what I had become. My friends were still in shape and could wear anything they wanted. I missed that. My best friend has just started doing a diet called the Ketosis. I was not sure what it was all about and like I had tried every other diet, I tried this.
