But other then that exactly why do you think this would be a good idea?Lets look at some numbers. Makes sense the latter one is less as ever since the massive increase of concealed all crime has decreased percentage wise more in the United States then any other country. The DOJ’s definition of violent crime is murder, rape and sexual assault, robbery, and assault. So even using the lowest possible numbers that are always backed up with police reports and evidence they prevent 10’s of thousands of murder, rape and sexual assault, robbery, and assault a year.Or from a CDC report.“Defensive Use of GunsDefensive use of guns by crime victims is a common occurrence, although the exact number remains disputed (Cook and Ludwig, 1996; Kleck, 2001a). The former estimate of 108,000 is difficult to interpret because respondents were not asked specifically about defensive gun use.”How about instead of publishing a list of the most law abiding group there is which are the only ones you run into that you know are not felons, never convicted of domestic violence, never involuntary committed to a mental institute, etc. That they actually publish a list of violent criminals instead?

In its annual report of 2020, sham of a Federal Commission known as USCIRF making deliberate misinterpretations about Bharat’s internal matters like the CAA and abrogation of Article 370 and 35, has recommended for placing India on a black list and designated India as a “country of particular concern” next to the likes of Pakistan, North Korea and China.USCIRF had gone as far as to recommend sanctioning of the Indian government agencies and officials.Ministry of External Affairs Slamming the crackpot organisation USCIRF over its observations and recommendations has sarcastically termed the report as “biased and tendentious”.Shri Anurag Srivastava, MEA spokesperson said,“We reject the observations on India in the USCIRF Annual Report. Its biased and tendentious comments against India are not new. But on this occasion, its misrepresentation has reached new levels.”This may come across as an aggressive response, but seems rather appropriate when one reads the USCIRF report. It is biased and has repeated lies.Now Rejected by its Own Members: 2/9 CommissionersTwo of the nine Commissioners have openly dissented with the USCIRF recommendation to recognise India as a “country of particular concern (CPC)”, while a third member also expressed his personal view of India.Commissioner Gary L Bauer dissented saying,“I must dissent from the decision of my fellow Commissioners to recommend India, the world’s largest democracy, for designation as a ‘country of particular concern’, or CPC, placing India in a gallery of rogue nations in which it does not belong.”Commissioner Tenzin Dorjee also wrote a dissent note, stating,“India does not belong to the same category as authoritarian regimes like China and North Korea. India is the largest democratic nation in the world, where the CAA has been challenged openly by the opposition Congress Party and lawmakers, civil society, and various groups.”In fact, USCIRF is a Federal body that is replete with vested interests.All its members pursue their own biases and tendencies through the Federal Commission.As India looks to break the NGO-Missionary nexus in order to curtail the conversions industry within India, especially in the tribal belts, a serious conflict of interest is developing in the United States where the Chairman of the USCIRF happens to be an evangelist.This is also the reason why the USCIRF has cited “anti-conversion laws” for designating India as a CPC. Which prominent anti-conversion law is the USCIRF taking about? There was no such law enacted last year.And even if India wants to enact a law barring forceful conversions, why should the USCIRF be bothered?The USCIRF tries to stigmatise India By :1. Raking up the CAA. It labels the persecuted non-Muslim minorities protected by the Amendment Act as “migrants”. Ironically,*it also recognises Pakistan as a “country of particular concern”, thus recognising how Pakistan persecutes its minorities turning them into refugees.*On one hand, the USCIRF recognises the genocide of non-Muslim minorities in Pakistan, and*At the same time it terms those same minorities “migrants” when they seek refuge in India.2. Citing IMAGINARY NRCThe report also cites the “Nationwide nationwide National Register of Citizens”- an imaginary legislation that hasn’t even been enacted to claim that Muslims would be rendered “Stateless”.Even if India enacts nationwide NRC to filter out non-citizens how will that lead to “Statelessness”.Will USA accept Muslim migrants from India and let them enjoy the freedom they miss in India?If the USCIRF had gone about its job honestly it would have come to the conclusion that India’s CAA actually solves the issue of Statelessness perpetrated by Islamist countries in India’s neighbourhood by fast-tracking citizenship for non-Muslim minorities.3. Trying to fit India in the league of countries like;Pakistan- where food is denied to Hindus during the Coronavirus Pandemics.China- which literally runs concentration camps to “de-radicalize” Uyghur Muslims and also harvests organs of its religious minorities.4. Profoundly misstating ground Realities of Lynching/violence.There multiple cases in which cattle thieves attacked and killed cattle owners and violence against Hindu community. No words about eviction of more than 3 lakh Hindus from Kashmir by Jihadi terrorists and how Jihadis, Missionaries have been trying to destroy Hinduism since 1400 years.USCIRF’s prejudice against Modi Government:USCIRF has always been at the forefront of the misinformation campaign against the Bharat. Ever since Modi Govt returned back to power in 2019, the USCIRF has been meddling into India’s internal matters by indulging in one-sided motivated propaganda against the Modi govt from time to time.Clash between the Hindu Right and the Christian Missionary Right:Tony Perkins, a commissioner of USCIRF, is a difficult person to explain for the "religious freedom" nuts. Coming from a Christian fundamentalist Org, he opposes every other faith and well, literally believes that pagan faiths must not be treated on equal footing with his faithHe is a Christian fundamentalist, who opposes gay rights and calls yoga ‘goofy’’, anti-homosexual activist, a nut job who does not believe in evolution, a man known to be giving money to Ku Klux Klan, a man who thinks so low of pagan faiths.This is the man they could drag out to point a finger at India?The latest report of this American advisory body only exposes its fickle loyalties to the real cause of religious freedom, and how it has been reduced into a segment of the American deep state where every individual pursues his vested interests.USCIRF is abusing it's power by persecuting Hindus of India for last 20 years:-Holier than thou?This report which is soaked in hypocrisy can be regarded as a signal from the Christian Far Right, which has had better relations with Pakistan and Saudi Arabia than with India, It is also a signal from the Christian and Muslim interests are aligned against Hindu in Bharat.Of the 54 USCIRF Commissioners to date, 31 Commissioners with tendentious anti- Hindu views and supportive of proselytising in India are Bishops/Cardinal/Archbishop/President of American Baptist/President of both Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary/Christian group World Vision and these are Commissioners allegedly bear links [1] with proselytising churches or organisations that explain why USCIRF is staunchly opposed to the Modi government’s FCRA and “anti-conversion laws” in India.The fissures that have however appeared within USCIRF on the question of designating India as a “country of particular concern” only reveal how it is trying to strong-arm the Indian State into allowing the conversion industry to run unabated.Footnotes[1] Anti-Hindu USCIRF: Sex, crime, bigotry in the name of religious freedom - The Sunday Guardian Live
