I would suggest a PBX like the AVAYA IP Office if all or most of your people are going to be in the same building because it provides greater security, control, flexibility and sound quality. If you are going to use VoIP see if your provider can set up a broadcast hunt group.I do not recommend this solution for larger than two or three phones, do to “ring fatigue”. That’s when people stop answering the phone because it rings too and too often. I to would use the ACD feature spread out the call in a more manageable fashion.
