Once you apply for learning license:You will have to go to your RTO at the given date and time to collect your learning license.Learning license is valid for period of 6 months and you cannot apply for permanent license for at least 1 month since the date of issue of learning license.You can fill up the application for permanent license online at sarathi.nic.in . All relevant instructions to fill online form are available here.Download the completed form.Then you must book a slot for your driving test. This too is done online.On the day of test, take print outs of your application form and slot confirmation for driving test.Don't forget to carry relevant documents like passport size photographs (4–5 nos), address proof, identity proof and current license; both, original and Xerox copies.Once you reach RTO, get your documents verified and pay license fees. Give your test and get the documents signed and stamped.In case you are confused, ask the inquiry desk or any of the agents available. In RTO Thane, I found the agents are quite helpful and will gladly answer your queries.You will need to attach your original MCWOG gear license along with copies of other documents.You will get a receipt which can be used as permanent license till you receive the actual one.New license is sent by post and will normally reach you within 20–25 days.The new license you receive will have same number with an added class of vehicle MCWG.Congratulations !! You now have your license for MCWG.Hope this helps.PS: Don't forget to carry pen, stapler, pair of scissors and glue. You will need to run around a lot for these things.Even though technically you have booked a time slot, you may presume you will be delayed a lot. And Realtime datafeed is quite costlier as per year charges come around Rs: 20 lakh per exchange + Service Taxes.2)Per user fee will be applicable depending upon how you are planning to monetize the datafeed. Normally per use fee for NSE cash/futures segment is Rs: 360/user and first 300 users will be waived off.3)You have to define yourself as data vendor or data redistributor or you are planning to show the exchange data at free of cost.4)You can lower you cost by getting the data from data redistributor(e.g globaldatafeeds) as normally your fee would be reduced by 20%. However still you have to get data vending agreement with NSE exchange. Without NSE’s permission you are not allowed to vend the data or redistribute the data even if you are doing it at free of cost. Otherwise you will be tagged as a illegal data vendor as per DOTEX.5)Only Data Redistributor (aka Authorized data vendors like globaldatafeeds, esignal, bloomberg...etc) develop their own API not the exchange itself.6)However if you are looking for low cost options then you can prefer snapshot data or 15min delayed datafeeds. It can be the token amount/commitment fee or known by something else that you have already deposited with the B-school to secure your admission.AICTE guidelines require only the key information should be included in MBA fee refund claim. The MBA fee refund claim format is broadly the same for almost all the MBA colleges except for a few minor changes specified by the respective B-school. It may include their own prescribed printed format or the one to be downloaded from their site on some payment among others.The onus to provide the prescribed format of fee refund letter/ application as per AICTE fee refund policy lies on the part of the B schools. The fee refund policy is more or less same in all the institutes but each one may have slightly different fee refund claim format with its name printed on it.No Institute can pressurize studentsAICTE has directed the institutes not to put pressure on students who do not want to study in the particular institute and facilitate the fee refund in 7 days from the date of receipt of fee refund application.
