A lien waiver is a document signed by a contractor or supplier that “waives” their right to file a mechanics lien.It’s a little like the construction industry’s version of a receipt for payment. The opposition is partially right when it calls the state of the Indian economy as “worst”, but it exaggerates when it says it is “ruined”.India’s economy is doing poorly on several fronts. The data bears it out:Overall growth rates: Over the last 20 years, India’s annual growth was 6.6%. During the first quarters in this financial year, annual growth was 5.7 % and 6% respectively. You bet!Exports have dragged: For the period April-Nov 2017, our exports grew up by 12.3% while many emerging economies like Indonesia and Vietnam grew by 16 and 24%. Now even with 12%, growth , the total annual exports as of April 2018 will be lower with corresponding figures in April 2014. The total increment in exports between April 2014 and April 2018 is NEGATIVE. India’s exports have not responded to improvements in global economy adequatelyTrade deficit with China: The trade deficit with China is growing rapidly. India's trade deficit with China stood at USD 36.73 billion during the first seven months of the current fiscal (April-October) compared to USD 51.11 billion in the financial year 2016-17 . While it has reduced marginally, the fact of the matter is that Chinese exports to India rely strongly on manufactured items for use in fast expanding sectors like telecom and power, while India's exports to China are characterised by primary and intermediate products [1].Farm distress: The rural distress is worsening. There is only so much farm loan waivers possible and the BJP has avoided any structural reform here. In the case of rural wages, while the growth is higher than the growth of 5% and 3.1% seen in the previous years (October 2016 and 2015, respectively), it is well below the growth of 17% and 17.6% growth in nominal wages witnessed in October 2014 and 2013, respectively, implying stressed farm incomes and sluggish labour demand. It is 1.3% of India’s GDP. The list is longer than one would expect and includes some countries outside Europe as well as some that provide partial waivers rather than non-conditional waivers. They will have the right to enter and reside in the Republic of Bulgaria for a period of no more than three months in any six-month period from the date of the first entry, without needing to have a Bulgarian short-stay visa. The decision entered into force on 31.01.2012.Bosnia and Herzegovina - 15 days (Visas for Bosnia and Herzegovina)Foreigners who have multiple Schengen visa or European Union member state visa or residence permit of the Schengen Agreement country or European Union member state, if for such passport holders visa is required, can stay up to 15 days in Bosnia and Herzegovina without visa under condition that they enter in BiH from the Schengen Agreement country, European Union member state or from the country with which BiH has an agreement on readmission in force - Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia,...Costa Rica - 30 days (VISAS, RESIDENCES, PERMITS)Citizens of other nationalities do not need a tourist visa to enter Costa Rica if they have a tourist visa, a visa for crew or a business visa (multiple entry) from United States of America, Canada, Japan, Schengen Visa and/ or any country of the European Union . Note: Such visa must be stamped in the passport and be valid for at least 1 day (The length of stay may not be greater than the validity of the visa and may not exceed 30 days) or 6 months (Japon) from the day you enter Costa Rica.Croatia - 90 days (Visa requirements overview)Pursuant to the Government’s Decision, starting with 22 July 2014, the Republic of Croatia applies the Decision No 565/2014/EU. They can stay in the Republic of Cyprus for the duration of a period equal to the remainder of the period of legal stay as stated on their Schengen visa and at the latest until the expiration date of their visa.Georgia - 90 days (according to Wikipedia Visa policy of Georgia article!)Holders of visas or residence permits of EU/EFTA/GCC countries, territories of EU countries, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea or Israel do not require a visa for max 90 days in a 180-day period. The visa/residence permit must be valid on arrival to Georgia.Macedonia - 15 days (Entry in the Republic of Macedonia for Schengen Visa Holders )Citizens of the following countries are not required to have entry visa for the Republic of Macedonia:2. Third countries with permanent stay in an EU member country or signatory country of the Schengen Agreement3. Third countries with multiple entry short stay Schengen visa type C valid at least 5 (five) days beyond the intended stay in the Republic of Macedonia.Montenegro - 30 Days (Overview of visa regimes for foreign citizens)Holders of travel documents containing a valid Schengen visa, a valid visa of the United States of America, United Kingdom and Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, or a permission to stay in these countries, may enter and stay, or pass through the territory of Montenegro up to 30 days, and not longer than the expiry of visa, if the period of validity of the visa is less than 30 days.Panama - six months?
