LinkedIn is a great tool if you can understand and leverage its immense potential. More than professional networking, LinkedIn can be a platform to share ideas and thoughts. Some of the tools/features in LinkedIn that I find interesting -1. Connections - Love the way it shows up connections/people based on degrees. Now, its not just about your friends/colleagues anymore, you find that there's a goldmine of human resources out there who are connected you indirectly through your 1st degree connections. And yes, LinkedIn groups your connections based on their employers. Gives you a lot of insight on what your connections are up to!2. LinkedIn Answers - Long way to go to catch up with Quora but much better than Yahoo! answers and the likes of em. I would rate it second to Quora in terms of academic depth of the answers there.3. Interest groups - If used for the right purpose and objective, this feature can be amazing. Imagine having like minded people on a specific subject of interest discussing everything about the topic at hand. If you happen to make a mark in a group where you have potential recruiters then there's nothing like it.4. Jobs - I find this feature much better focused than your conventional job portal. Why? Well, you know for certain that the companies posting the jobs are genuine. You can follow companies of your interest. And as far as I've seen, the job descriptions here seem to be more specific than any job portal.From a recruiter's perspective, LinkedIn offers a better preview of a candidates profile than your old-styled resume. Provided the candidate is active...else the LinkedIn page is just another resume/CV customized to the LinkedIn template.5. News aggregation/LinkedIn today - This is a feature that I use the most. You get to follow industries based on your interest and it throws up all that's making news in the industry/ies right on your home page. I've found some interesting and pertinent articles here from quality sources. Call it a much refined RSS reader. It does the job really well!6. LinkedIn Mobile - I use the app on my Android device. Slick interface with minimal clutter is what describes this app best. Nice to keep tabs on updates. Delivers your 'LinkedIn Today' feed straight to your mobile.The app has lots of room to improve - connections and groups need a lot of working on. But all in all, I get an impression that the app is heading in the right direction ....unless LinkedIn decides to clutter this app like most of the other social apps that exist out there.

This is not an uncommon phenomenon on Facebook, and Clickbank has a very large and seasoned affiliate clientele.Maybe your ads are not up to snuff - Facebook acceptable, but not particularly compelling - and they are text ads that should be replaced by video ones.Maybe your ads are video but they don’t attract more interest because your video ad is based on a template and doesn’t have enough ‘real person’ legitimacy.Maybe your target audience is not as targeted as you think and could use more and continuous refinement until your response rate improves or leaves you will no choice but to move on to something else.Bottom line, without knowing more specifics, is that you say your ad and targeting is good but your results so far have been disappointing for you. And with all due respect to Facebook’s algorithm it is, after all, a computer generated prediction.Would I sound too trite by suggesting you keep trying? Not necessarily with this particular ad.
