The remaining part, often called the "secret sauce" is what gives the strategy an edge. This may include order placement logic, micro/macro alpha, or unique arbitrage calculations.When you join a team their worry is that you will steal this secret sauce and go off to run an equivalent strategy somewhere else for a much larger share of the profits. To prevent this, a new team member won't be shown all the pieces of the puzzle. So to move to the next level you will need to come up with something that works on your own, or at least make enough improvements to the other parts to justify giving you access to more protected pieces of the trading logic. It takes time to build trust and show competence--don't expect to be given the keys to the castle on day one. On the plus side you will have all the tools and data at hand to come up with something new, but expect it to take a lot of work and a lot of failures before you get there.

It comprises 16 modules of 6 “bricks” each, each “brick” containing 74 individual cells. Each module has its own Battery Monitor Board which monitors each brick's voltage and samples temperature from four points within the module and reports this information to the Battery Management System via an internal communication bus. The BMS then uses this information to manage the high voltage battery temperature and state of charge. It communicates with the car’s central thermal management system, charger, and other channels.
