Worst purchase I've made. I lost some files and was looking to recover them and CocoDoc was unable to recover any lost information. When I contacted support shortly after for help I received no follow-up for almost a month. After just recreating the files myself I contacted support again for a refund to find that the support team (which now responded to my inquiry) would not provide me a refund because I did not receive any confirmation that I submitted a ticket. Pretty much feel like I got scammed out of my money as uninstalled the system almost as quickly as I bought it. Would not recommend at all.
