Obtained formal acceptance from customer. Applied some tweaks according to customer’s feedback. Got Final Sign off. Archived project’s record in company’s data room.When calculating hours, remember that you can’t claim more than 40 hours per week. Hence the claimed hours for each project should be according to the project duration mentioned.Add all the projects to make a total of 4500 Hrs. There can be a single big project too, or multiple small projects. The projects should not be older than 8 years, and they can be overlapping. But again in overlapping projects, work hours shouldn’t exceed mote than 40 in total on all projects.You also have to provide details of your primary contact for every project. PMI may contact this person to verify your work experience. Hence, only add those projects and work hours whom you can verify later ( if selected for random audit)After that you have to add the information about the mandatory 35 hours training on Project Management.Next processes are quite simple and doesn’t need any elaboration, finally you will review the application and submit.PMI, will take 5 working days to review your application.
