If rioters surround your car and you’re driving with your children are you supposed to let them destroy your car and harm your children or is it legal to accelerate to get out of the situation?

This question is rioters, not “peaceful protestors.”I will have zero guilt running over every single one who cares to remain in front of the vehicle, if it will save our lives. I’m a nurse, not a big city police officer accused of institutional unjustifiable violence against African-Americans.[This is what protest where I live looks like. Notice the uniformed police officers joining in while on duty to keep the area secure. The new chief himself (formerly of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department) also joined at one point. General Principles of Justification :: 703-304 Use of force in self-protection. - Justia§703-304 Use of force in self-protection. (1) Subject to the provisions of this section and of section 703-308, the use of force upon or toward another person is justifiable when the actor believes that such force is immediately necessary for the purpose of protecting himself against the use of unlawful force by the other person on the present occasion.(2) The use of deadly force is justifiable under this section if the actor believes that deadly force is necessary to protect himself against death, serious bodily injury, kidnapping, rape, or forcible sodomy.(3) Except as otherwise provided in subsections (4) and (5) of this section, a person employing protective force may estimate the necessity thereof under the circumstances as he believes them to be when the force is used without retreating, surrendering possession, doing any other act which he has no legal duty to do, or abstaining from any lawful action.**However, as stated in (4), use of force to resist arrest is not justifiable, even to save my own life during an unlawful arrest. People who’ve committed no crime are supposed to allow themselves to be violated or killed if the attacker has a badge. I am building my first gaming PC. Are these components good?

Ugh… A Thermaltake Core V21. Here’s the last system I built in a Core V21:You know what’s awesome about building in a Core V21? It has insane airflow and the 200mm fan at the front is pretty decent as intake fans go.You know what’s not awesome about this case? Everything else. Cable management within the case is really poor… I mean, really poor. Where the motherboard pannel stops it’s just one large wide open space to the front of the case rather than having the panel go all the way forward and using cable pass throughs. Tie down points? What tie down points? Actually getting things wired up in a way that looked remotely clean was painful. Pro tip: If you build in this case, bring extra zip ties and invest in black cables. In theory the rails you can use to mount things in the top of the case are adjustable and let you use 120 or 140mm fans… personally, I found the rails to be a giant pain in the ass.The case has “great airflow”… by which I mean that 3/4ths of the side panels are basically swiss cheese with mostly holes. Anything in your system that’s loud will be notable. First time I ever got a complaint from someone about pump noise was from the person who I built a system for in this case. Yes, it was a cheap pump that’s a little louder than the ones I usually use, but had it been installed in a better case you’d never have noticed. The rest of the build isn’t all that bad. Personally I’d go for a better system board, and I’d really go for a better case but other than that I wouldn’t change much.At this price point for a case I tend to recommend things like a Corsair Carbide 88R, Carbide Spec 03, NZXT S340, or an InWin 703 would all be higher on my list than touching a Core V21 again.Motherboard wise, you’re not too far off in price for my bargain basement board of choice which is a GIGABYTE G1 Gaming GA-H170 although that’s full ATX.This is one of those places where a little extra money can really get you a much better board with better sound, and better all around build quality (plus SLI support later on should you want to go multi-GPU.)This build reads like it’s the result of a “Build a GTX 1070 system for under $1,000” contest where hitting an artificial price point is more important than the quality of what goes into it. I wouldn’t spend much more money than this… but an extra $20 or so on the case and an extra $20 or so on a board would land you in a little better shape.Ultimately, it’s up to you and what you’d want to achieve. For me… I wouldn’t touch a Core V21 again and I’d want a better board. I might choose different brands of RAM and SSD but those are generally personal choices… I also tend to grab WD Black series spinning drives because I like the 5 year warranty but again, that’s a personal preference. I’d give serious thought to your board and case though.
