No, not at all. I believe that is the form you use to go from the NG to the Active Army. I could be mistaken but if I am I am sure i will be corrected.

Wow, you have internet access during AIT?! Nice!!It may be extremely difficult during AIT. I personally went AD from NG.Contact an Active Duty Recruiter and you’ll need to submit a DD Form 0368, Request for Conditional Release to your unit. The Recruiter should be able to knock that out for you.Here’s how things went down for me. I got an AD Recruiter, he submitted the DD Form 0368, I had to submit a letter to my command on why I “needed” to go AD. I then had a 1 on 1 meeting with the Company Commander. After that, the powers that be blessed off on me, I cleared supply and went to MEPS. I had to wait for my approved 0368 to come back so I could bring it to my 2nd trip to MEPS. It took 9 months because the AGR purposely refused to hand me my 0368. Things magically workout when CID gets mentioned.ALL paperwork submitted, keep track of it’s progress and make a ridiculous amount of copies on all of it. Important paperwork tends to get ““misplaced” quite frequently.
