P.S. - It's a looooonnnggg story.I'm a common 17 yrs old girl. Just passed my 12th boards with 97.2 % . Cracked NEET as well as AIIMS (2018) n got admission in AIIMS-B. Everyone seems to look at me as a happy go lucky girl, my parents are extremely happy with my achievements and are really never tired of praising me.Little do they know how much alone and weak I feel nowadays. They had always locked me up in this Beautiful golden cage. I was never allowed to go out alone. Neither have I ever gone to any of my friends' birthday parties. Never been allowed to talk to boys let alone being friends with them. They have always told me to be a person strong in character. But I still don't understand how can a person's moral character gets spoilt on talking to guys and how can my virginity be lost on going out with them. They have always felt so insecure. In class 7th I was moved to my dad's school as I was a girl and needed to be safe (or rather be checked out constantly) and that could be done only if i go to school with my father and come back with him , be around his staff and he could remain informed all the time. There have been days when my teachers told him really disgusting points about me-- “Your daughter had asked to go to washroom and she took 15 minutes to come back.” I was enquired later on by him. Pathetic. Isn't it?He was a physics teacher in the school.(He believed the staff of his school was extremely able and equipped to teach me) So when I came in 11th standard , initially I wasn't sent to any tuitions or coaching. ( i was preparing for Ntse stage 2 which I qualified, I'm an NTSE scholar as well.) When I insisted he agreed to send to me to a tuition for chemistry in the next lane. On further persuasion he sent me for chemistry tuitions from one of the best tutors in my city. But only chemistry. I was expected to do self study for biology and physics he said he will manage.REASONS:1. My parents thought that when children go for tuitions ( more than one) they have chances of going out with friends. 1 tuition=1hr.2. If kids go for all three tuitions and a coaching (we have aakash in our city) they don't have time left for self study which adversely affects their performance. (You see I was expected to excel in boards as well as get a selection in the 1st attempt itself) P.S. - I topped my school and got a selection as well.This made me extremely weak at biology. I wasn't able to get good grades which was obviously attributed to my lack of devotion n hard work. Physics was not an issue to me. Somehow 11th ended.When 12th started he agreed to send me to biology as well as chemistry tuitions. I was really happy. After some days both of them initiated renovation work at home which took 45 days at a stretch and that was at the time of my summer break. I wasn't able to study. I used to spend maximum part of my days at my tuitions ( I joined dropper batches) left home at 8 in the morning and came back at 2 , again left at 3 in the afternoon and returned at 6 in evening. My father had no time to teach me physics and I asked to let me join a tuition to which he denied and said that we have enough time left in the exams and the renovation was extremely necessary. Towards the end of my summer break he had become extremely arrogant n aggressive . He had frequent fights with my mother. One such day they were fighting and I told Mom to stay quiet as he would never admit his mistake. He came to me, held my hair , threw me on the floor and beat me up black and blue, pulled and tore my hair saying I have no right to speak in front of him and he would stop sending me to school. Many days after that I used to ask for his forgiveness on being forced by my mother to do so but to no benefit. He had decided he would never teach such an unworthy kid again . Never saw my face till 8 months never talked to me . I was left with this gigantic syllabus of 12th physics alone. I contacted my school teacher who agreed to teach me on weekends thankfully. Again my father used to go away with my scooty n not come back n I used to walk to his home 2 kms at 11 am n back at 2 pm. So that was my 12th. It ended, I gave my exams . Went pretty well .Time to prepare for NEET: Went to classes in morning came back . Now he had suddenly become so attached to me that he used to talk to me 2 hrs a day and I couldn't even tell him I had to study. (Still had in mind what Happened when last time I spoke in front of him.) Again the same fighting continued at home. Just 20 days before my life determining exam . Now my brother used to be beaten up. I used to cry at night at my misery. He never let me study before NEET. I gave my exam he came to pick me . I told him how much I was expecting. He called around 100 people telling how brilliant his daughter was. And how he had HELPED me in my studies.Now came the preparation time for AIIMS : He brought my grandparents . Arranged for a carpenter for 10 days . And for the remaining 10 days he was enough to disturb me. Beat me up 2 days before AIIMS. I went to give my exam with an aching shoulder , no sleep and little preparation. Exam went okay.Finally when results started to be declared: He suddenly started praising me in front of everyone. Rather takes away all the credit of my struggle and makes it seem he was always there in my side to his own benefit.That's continued till date.Conclusion: Even if your parents want only achievements and success from you how can you expect anyone to love you unconditionally. I have lost faith in this world and want to be alone and enjoy a free life without any intervention from him.
