Let us take a current problem which needs to be solved in future,as it is a very intelluctual question it needs to be described in few stages.1-The eradication of kotas from education system.This is a very major problem to share with,In all Fields we find different type of reservation seats for SC/ST students.Ever we came upon it??? And the answer from the crowd is “No”.We live in such a society full of diversities,it may be language,caste, religious,living style etc.But in education we treat all as equal is it only for pen and pepar?Or we need improvement in it.After 2009,SSA established every corner of India and it was made successful by the govt.But the problem is the implications of kotas in selection process.A SC/ST student secure less mark but eligible for the further procedure but a general or oc student hadn't get the opportunity to even qualifiedAre not they frastuted,why a big gap in between them and the sc/at students.Are not we here differenciate them as SC/st, why all facilities for them,why we always bring them sympathy treating them as like general category rather enhance their confidences.2-According to me the method to solve it is not to completely remove the Kota but there is a relaible gap in the marks.If the cut off for SC/at is 70 then the general cut off should be http://75.So that all belong to a same level.3-I think methods are to be given by government.Firstly through exams and then to different sectors.The staffs are also a part of it so they must think about it.Different campaign should put forward to success the process.No corruption is done for the extra facilities purposes

it might be discouraging for you but the fact is you have to get GATE rank below 10 to get into IISC SSA . I had a rank of 9 in EE but still i couldn’t get into SSA( 2007–2009 batch) and had to do signal processing at IISC, and in that batch of SSA the one from mechanical had AIR 1. And they had only one seat for mechanical.
