This is an awesome question by the way, and me along with some of my friends pondered over it, during our JEE preparation (Each of us was serious about getting great marks, this was done for the sake of curiosity whether a simple mathematical method could be found).There are 2 variables involved, say R: Number of right answers, and W: number of wrong answers.Marks obtained = 4R-W (R, W ≥ 0)And R+W ≤ 90 (since it's possible to leave questions unattempted)Set R=0, and hence W can be anything between 0 to 90. So all integers in the set [-90,0] are valid marks in JEE Mains, if no question is attempted right.On the positive side, it is slightly more difficult to proceed.When no question is attempted wrong, marks will a multiple of 4. The marks which are not multiples of 4 can be obtained only by attemting a certain number of questions wrong.Thus, we know all multiples of 4 are possible marks in JEE Main, either by marking only right answers, or doing a (multiple of 4) number of questions wrong.So we need to worry about situations where Marks = 4R - W, is NOT a multiple of 4. So, W cannot be multiple of 4.So W can be 1,2,3, 5, 6,7, 9… to solve the rest of the problem.Also following situations will yield identical marksR=x W=1 ,R=x+1 W=5, R=x+2 W = 9 and so on will yield same marks.R=x W=2 ,R=x+1 W=6, R=x+2 W = 10 and so on will yield same marks.R=x W=3 ,R=x+1 W=7, R=x+2 W = 11 and so on will yield same marks.Where R+W≤90 and x is a random positive integer.THUS it is possible to only include cases where W≠1,2,3 only because of the condition R+W≤90.So,R=90, so W≠1,2,3 because of inequality. So marks 357,358,359 are impossible.R=89, W≠2,3. So marks 354 and 353 are also impossible.R=88, W≠3, so 349 marks are also impossible.For R≤87, W=1,2,3 are possible and hence all these marks are possible.We thus conclude that marks 349, 353, 354, 357, 358, 359 are the ONLY marks not possible to achieve in JEE Main.

So don't worry, law and order situation in darbhanga is good enough.Market: Market here is quite developed, having 5-6 marts, most bike and car showrooms. You will get things easily ranging from needle to bigger stuffs.After patna you will get best medical facilities here.Education hub : from nursery to phd, here in darbhanga one can get decent educational centres like DMCH, LNMU, Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University, WIT, Darbhanga college of engineering, and around 20+ CBSE affiliated schools.Cinemas: In darbhanga there is one multiplex and 3 theatres.Negative points:Poor Infrastructure: Road conditions of city is very poor, Every road of darbhanga is made of concrete and are old.Terrible Traffic Conditions: City traffic is mainly consists of bike, auto-rickshaw and few cars. Due to absence of traffic police in darbhanga you may often struck in Jam. Although administration have implemented oneway methodology b/w 9 am to 9 pm.Densely Populated city causes you high land and house rates.High pollution: From land pollution to Air and to Water, whenever you talk about darbhanga it'll be always in top of most polluted cities.During rainy days it get hard for a person to step out because of no proper drainage system.I think after reading this you may get what type of advice you want.Also remember, if u wants to live happily in darbhanga you should develop your bargain skill because you have to use it everywhere for boarding rickshaw to purchasing any goods.
