Hi, I don’t know why the first post mentions Attestation instead of Transcripts, it might mislead people.Also, I have recently applied for transcripts. They still don’t have any facility to send the transcripts to WES directly. I am waiting for the transcripts, and will use the University post-office to send to WES. Below are the steps-Register yourself on the Pune University website. Select transcript and fill in all the information on the site.After submitting the details, you will print 2 forms, Application and Challan.Go to WES portal and register yourself to get the reference number. Also, download the WES form, that will be sent by you or the university to WES.Get the mark-sheet photocopies and self attest them. Degree certificate is not required to be self attested.Now, you have Application form, Challan, Attested copies of marksheets, WES form. Also, there is a self attestation form that you get along with the University application form. You need to fill that and paste your photo.You can either send these to the University or go to Student Facilitation Center, and submit the docs. You need to pay the challan at the HDFC bank that’s next to the SFC.Now, wait for the transcripts to arrive at the mentioned address. They say within 2 months. I am still waiting for the transcripts, so will update this once I get them. I still am not sure if sending the transcripts from the University post-office to WES will work or not.
