It's not a 100% online process because you have to get the form attested. But you can download the form, fill it out and apply for the certificate by post. Here's the processYou can download the form. It's available online.Fill it out and send it to your college for attestation along with a self-attested copy of the final year marksheet. Also attach a self addressed envelope with stamps along with the form so that your college can send the attested form to you.Once you receive the attested form, pay the migration Fee. You can pay it online. It's Rs. 500 for upto 10 years from the last examination passed and Rs. 1000 for more than 10 years.Take a printout of the online fee receipt and send it to the university along with the attested migration form and a self attested copy of the final year marksheet. Don't forget to send a self addressed envelope duly stamped along with the migration form.If you have the enrollment number of North Campus, address it to the Academic Branch II of North Campus. If you have the enrollment number of South Campus, send it to the Academic Branch of South Campus of Delhi University.It should reach you within15 days. I got mine in 10 days. Google search “duplicate dmc form gndu” and then open the first website of GURU NANAK DEV UNIVERSITY and download the duplicate dmc form. print it and fill it and get it attested from the college you have studied. Submit the attested form to certificate section of the university.

Hi, I don’t know why the first post mentions Attestation instead of Transcripts, it might mislead people.Also, I have recently applied for transcripts. They still don’t have any facility to send the transcripts to WES directly. I am waiting for the transcripts, and will use the University post-office to send to WES. Below are the steps-Register yourself on the Pune University website. Select transcript and fill in all the information on the site.After submitting the details, you will print 2 forms, Application and Challan.Go to WES portal and register yourself to get the reference number. Also, download the WES form, that will be sent by you or the university to WES.Get the mark-sheet photocopies and self attest them. Degree certificate is not required to be self attested.Now, you have Application form, Challan, Attested copies of marksheets, WES form. Also, there is a self attestation form that you get along with the University application form. You need to fill that and paste your photo.You can either send these to the University or go to Student Facilitation Center, and submit the docs. You need to pay the challan at the HDFC bank that’s next to the SFC.Now, wait for the transcripts to arrive at the mentioned address. They say within 2 months. I am still waiting for the transcripts, so will update this once I get them. I still am not sure if sending the transcripts from the University post-office to WES will work or not.
