You’re that ostentatious dude that went bankrupt a couple of dozen times … I’d later learn the facts.I got to hearing more than usual about America. How was she feeling having surrendered one of the greatest Presidents she’d known since Lincoln?She still had this odd political strategy that didn't permit a third term for fruitful leaders as we in Australia did. Nevertheless, I would not easily get over how I would come to sorely miss the Obama's.I started to watch intently as the revolving door began to spin out of control and like an eclipse, Comey was removed and we suddenly figured that maybe it was a presidential mistake; but it was significantly more extraordinary than Bill Clinton's liaison with Monica Lewinsky. Had Comey remained, it is quite likely the Mueller examination would never have occurred.Then something happened. In his first month in office, trump travelled to U.S. Central Command and U.S. Special Operations Command and slammed the media to American service individuals. It was a shock. Holy Shit! Is this guy for real?He was! He slammed his foes before the CIA's consecrated remembrance stars. Then he slammed his political rivals in a fanatic discourse inside the Pentagon. And he used America’s soldiers as stage settings for political rallies. He even had the audacity to commandeer Independence Day and ordered service members to take part in a festival that became all about himself as much as America.In the following scene, an oddball like Michael Flynn was appointed to serve as White House national security consultant. He lasted 20 days, which amounts increasingly to a stretch in rehab.Despite all the hirings and firings, we still didn’t have the foggiest idea what trump's associations in Russia truly were or are. It is wholly conceivable that there is no fire on the heels of the smoky plumes, yet the result of the entire misfortune is that trump can't press the reset button with Russia even if he wanted to.So, it got a little hairy after that. We heard about trump's maladroit treatment of some of America's most significant partners. He led savage calls with the leader of Mexico and the Prime Minister of Australia; he managed to preside over an embarrassingly cumbersome meeting with Chancellor Angela Merkel of Germany, then tweeted conspicuous articulations of support for presidential competitor Marine Le Pen in France.It was worldwide eyepopping disbelief. How the ... what the ...? But nothing was being done about it.Asia, the quiet achiever, is the place where the action despite everything, still is and trump's greatest misstep was his nonsensical technique to deal with the Chinese. It had seen enough.Or had it?It'd been one helluva ride since early 2017 and it had taken about six defence secretaries together with Joint Chiefs executives to attempt to keep the military out of trump's legislative issues over the years.But then, in journeyed June 2020 after a tumultuous five and a half months and donald trump had begun reeling from various crises. He’d been impeached and had no hope of removing that indelible stain, so he upped the ante on his military chase for power. With his fear inspired notions spinning around in his vacuum sealed head, he now claims that the political decision is fixed against him and that there are children raiding mailboxes of ballot votes all over the nation. Moreover, trump has already taken steps to subvert American democracy.But it’s not over yet. There is something else entirely to come.We’ve often mulled over what he might do as the end nears. Like a drowning man whose trawler has capsized, he’s doing his utmost to toss red herrings into the mix.He knows there are still more crises that may be resting like sleeping dogs for him this month. The Supreme Court is poised to hand down a decision on his ruling to annul assurances for alleged Dreamers. They are settlers who were brought to the U.S. unlawfully as little children. And we are never going to forget those frightened faces that finished up behind the metal walls of the cages trump has not bothered to rattle since he put them there, have we?Partitioned? Divided. Torn?Irreparably ripped apart is how I see America four years after the fact.

I expected to see decent good former Presidents and First Ladies like Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, George W. Bush, Laura Bush, Barack Obama, Michelle Obama.I expected to see inauguration of Kamala Harris as Vice President and inauguration of Joe Biden as President.I expected to see Congressional leaders, Democrats and Republicans, make nice speeches to the new President and Vice President and give them gifts in remembrance of the inauguration.I expected to see former Presidents Clinton, Bush, Obama and President Biden visit Arlington National Cemetery.All of the above was delivered. Fantastic.I had not expected to see a brilliant young woman recite a lovely poem so beautifully eloquent. Fantastic. I had a homeless man approach me while I was getting gas and ask if i had any spare change. I think "Whoa buddy, you just hit the jackpot!" as i had several dollars worth of quarters, dimes and nickels in my cupholder. I gave it ALL to him. His looks reminded me a little of my father whom I havent seen in years. I had planned on getting him lunch next door at Burger King and giving it to him too. I was talking with him after I gave him the change while I was filling up my truck. He was very religious and I just let him go on with it even though im not. He flat out asked me if I believed in 'Our almighty god" and I said very truthfully that I didnt. He asked me again like he couldnt believe my answer and I answered very respectfully that "No, im not religious. His face screwed up like someone stuck his nose in dog crap and he told me "I was going to hell and that he didnt want to be soiled by me" as he turned away and began to ignore me mid sentence.Now, realistically this man probably had some mental problems. I felt more kindness than usual towards him because he reminded me of my father in some ways. That remembrance also contributed to the hurt I felt when his attitude completely changed towards me for the worse. Ill admit that for the next few minutes I was genuinely hurt by this man. Then I got over it. lol Still though...He sure did take the $8-$12 dollars I gave him.
